Lovely hotel with all you could need. Staff were very attentive and courteous, check-in/out was easy. Room/Bathroom was clean and spacious - would stay here again.

A night stay
This was second time staying at this hotel and was lovely. The rooms are small but for a business trip abs traveling solo it’s great. They offer breakfast buffet and dinner on the terrace. I love it. Nice river walking path nearby and around the town.

Pleasant Business Trip
Very short nice business trip. Arrived in the evening and was pleasantly welcomed in reception. Room was perfect for my needs and close to where I was working. Lot's of parking available.

Fantastic hotel and staff
I have been staying at the hotel for a considerable time now on my frequent business trips to a local company. The entire staff are exceptionally friendly and helpful from the reception, in the dining room, and at the breakfast counter. There is always a warm welcome. I find the hotel very stylishly decorated. The rooms do vary in size and my favourite is one that looks on to the castle on the river. The indoor courtyard dining area is a special treat. The breakfast is copious, fresh and a perfect start to the day. Trezzo is not so big and there are some excellent alternative restaurant choices for variation. I use public transport from Milan - metro + local bus and back and forward to my client. All very doable with regular connections at key times. Bergamo is accessible as well via taxi. I consider the hotel a home from home and will continue to visit well into my retirement.

The staff was extremly friendly and helpful. The location is great. And the breakfast was really good and cheap. It costs €5 per person which is really affordable compared to other hotels.

Fantastic Hotel with bags of character!
This is a lovely Boutique style hotel with a fantastic restaurant. The Staff are lovely and go out of their way to make sure you have a great stay. I am in this area on business very frequently and the Villa Appiani is always my first choice when looking for a nice place to stay.

Great Hotel with a fabulous Restaurant!
I have been staying here on and off for 6 weeks and it is always a pleasure. The staff are professional, friendly and nothing is too much trouble. The restaurant, "The Cantina" is first class with a great choice of dishes to suit all tastes.

The hotel is cute and quaint. Rooms are small, but clean. Breakfast is served fresh for 10.50€. And dinner is wonderful eating in the courtyard.

Room without a View!
Booked a Superior Double Room but was given a room in the roof with no proper window other than a roof light. Felt like sleeping in a box room. Was offered another room but at an extra 30Euros. Dissapointing and wouldn't recommend for this reason alone

Nice hotel close to the river Abba
Very nice, cosy hotel with good communication system to Milan and Bergamo. Beatiful area in the vincity. The restaurant is also worth recommendation. The hotel staff is very polite and helpful.

Not sure what to make of this hotel
We arrived to the hotel outside it looked very nice walked into reception and had to ask if it was reception one man there booked us in told us our room number there is the lift you are on the first floor. The room was ok a bit small but clean bath room was good nice and clean but shower was very tiny ok if you are a size 10 lol .Bed was very uncomfortable and we kept rolling towards the middle of the bed . There was no bar in the hotel only a restaurant we had a meal in the evening not that good and a bit over priced we were charged 10 euros for chips on top of the price of the meal , staff were not very friendly . Breakfast was ok toast meat cheese cakes and cereal . The worse thing was there was a private party on the first night which was very noisey as the room where is was is just at the bottom of the stairs and no door to close to block out the noise.

Reception desk is so welcome on the first day but not helpful when we asked for restaurants information around neighborhood. He answered that a book in your rooms has those information. The room actual size is so small, it doesn't look like the pictures online. We greatly appreciated the services in the restaurant, specially the waiter named "Fabio". He is the best waiter we ever meet. He is so helpful in food and wine, and provided an excellent services during our stay. The food and price at the restaurant are great and acceptable to compare others in the neighborhood. We definitely will return to this hotel.

What a charming place!
Everything about this hotel was great! The room, and especially the bathroom, was huge by European standards. The bed was extremely comfortable. The hotel is charming, in a neighborhood of beautiful homes. It is steps away from the scenic Adda River, with views of the Alps. The hotel has a full restaurant, but there are cafes nearby if you want to experience how the locals live and eat. The staff spoke excellent English, and gave a lot of good advice about getting around the area. The sumptuous breakfast buffet had a great variety of food, not just the cold cuts, rolls and pastries that one typically finds at a hotel on the Continent. The eggs were delicious!

Not recommended!
I had the worst experience at this Hotel. My room was small, bathroom and toilets were not cleaned (!), air conditioning made a lot of noise even when it was turned off and there was no Wifi in the room - which was very important to me. After major complaining on my part to the unpleasant hotel staff, for the second night I got transferred to an executive room which was big, clean and had Wifi - however air conditioning was still noisy and furniture was quite old. Hotel manager, which realized the poor value for money, tried to offer me an additional stay for free however I am never going back to this Hotel nor recommending it to my friends and colleges!

Wedding weekend
We stayed for a long weekend as we had a wedding nearby. We were a large family group and had a meal there , pre arranged on the Friday night. Fillet steak cooked for 14 of us , perfect and the chocolate pudding was the best I have ever tasted. The hotel is lovely and the executive room we had was huge and very comfortable. the hotel is well placed for Bergamo and Milan and the town of Trezzo where it is situated is also very good with a UNESCO heritage site on the doorstep. The staff were really good and I would defininatley go back there.

We only stayed for one night. The room was clean and of a good size. The hotel offered good value for money and as I had such a good deal with the price I paid I guess there were better rooms available. The only niggle was the shower height which was set low and the fact neither of the sinks would hold water, both of which you would have thought could easily be fixed. Evening meal and breakfast was very good and hotel staff efficient and helpful

So far, it's the best we've stayed in here in Italy. I slept 10 hours straight. Lot's of atmosphere. Walk out balconies. Very hard to find on GPS, but a delight. Good restaurant in house. Huge ceilings and windows. Large room and king bed. Big shower room. A great memory.

Great Hotel for Couples
Very helpful hotel staff who all spoke English. Hotel is a little out of the way if you don't have your own car, but public transport is cheap and very easy to get to Milan or Bergamo by bus. Just ask at the front desk for bus times and where to catch them. In all other aspects the Hotel is great. Lovely decoration, great food and in a beautiful town/village. Highly recommended.

Special hotel off the beaten track.
You'll know you're in Italy, in the best sense of the word! It's an historic villa, beautifully decorated. Quite good staff--smart, resourceful. The hotel has a good layout, & everything works. Visually it's so posh Italian, tasteful, with some fun modern aspects of decor, but overall traditional, and it's located near restaurants and places to walk. We were on a working trip, so we spent only short amounts of time at the hotel, but each of the five nights felt like "coming home" again. We were aided several times by the staff's quick help regarding finding transport, getting something printed, getting directions. Breakfast was good and attractive Room is not ultra- luxurious but is very nice. I would recommend adding Cream Rinse/Conditioner to the toiletries but that's a tiny point. Hotel was quiet, too. We would definitely stay there again.

This grand hotel is clean and the staff are friendly and very helpful. It is easy to access the Milan Linate airport from here. The reception staff happily made calls to airlines etc. and translated for us. The breakfast buffet was included and was plentiful. The restaurant has seating in a centre courtyard under a very romantic marquee. The food and wine list are both excellent and very reasonably priced. I would definitely stay here again.

Room is clean and confortable. The hotel team was very pleasent. Short walk to adda river. recommended to rent a bicycle from the hotel an bike on the river trails - very nice.The WiFi is free, but sometimes the signal is weak for smartphones, no problem to use laptop. Breakfast is fine.

Family trip to Milan
Hotel met our expectations in terms of affordability and access to the autostrade (toll road). Very easy to find, in a very charming area, including a castle within steps of the hotel. Breakfest was excellent as was the overall service. English was a bit marginal in terms of answering some of our questions related to trains into Milan, but overall again was satisfactory. Great family hotel, especially when in Europe it is difficult to find rooms that you can have 4 occupants, this was largely our main reason for picking this hotel.

Hotel Trezzo - very good quality
I stayed with my family and a Labrador dog (at no extra cost!) for two days. All my requirements were met - the rooms were very clean, comfortable and super-quiet. The staff were very friendly, more than usual Italian standards. The breakfast was very good, there is a wide selection of sweet and salty food - they told me they recently improved it after having had some reviews about that. Very good overall quality. The only hitch: the restaurant is a bit pricey. I will definitely go back again.

Quite allright hotel. Its a bit to near the main road. It disturb the atmosphere. Would't recommend the restaurant. Expensive and not that skilled or good quality. Would say that the pictures of the hotel was not fair compared the reality. But affordable in Milano area. - Close to the Linate airport aprox. 15min
