Only downside was stains on furniture/ carpet did not look clean. Also every night we had people wiggling the door handle to try to enter (maybe they thought it was their room) happened 2-3x every evening

This place has plenty of room for 4 people. It is clean, safe and convenient. You can walk within 10 mins to restaurants, Duomo, and shopping.

Spacious rooms with comfortable beds but checking in was awful since there is no concierge desk. Took them 30 minutes to send me a code to open the main door while we waited outside in the cold. Servers at the cafe seem to know nothing about allergens either.

Beautiful and great location in Milan.
Beautiful and perfect location in Milan. We had a great stay. Caution to remember to add ALL of the staying guests ID’s before your stay. This held us up a bit. Frustrating to be adding at the last minute with no wi-fi. You cannot get access info until all guests ID’s are added. Otherwise all good.

Nice location near Duomo, LaScala and Castle. Clean interior with nice furnishing. Efficient remote check-in and staff very responsive communication through WhatsApp. Only negative is that someone tried to open our apartment door multiple times the first night and morning of the last day - quite scary.

Great stay
When the shower got clogged, they were very fast to respond. The place is very well located, with great options for food around. Definitely recommend. Only downside is there is only one cleaning if you're staying 8 nights or more, and no cleaning at all if less.

This was a terrible experience. We have gone to the Camperio Hotel four times before and have always found the place to be elegant, the service to be very attentive and the breakfast to be lovely. Although it still advertises breakfast, there is none. Worse, there is no service. Begrudgingly someone was washing windows when we arrived and he explained how to get in, but there was no one to check us in, no one to answer questions , and worst of all, no one to call a cab to the airport. The hotel tells you to call a number that did not answer for a cab. We came close to missing our flight, trying to get one and ultimately had to give up, lugging huge suitcases through the subway system. Do not stay here! We were charged 345$ for a small and cramped room and we will never return!

Great set up. Very clean and well laid out. Check in and out were very efficient. Communication was excellent. What would make this accommodation even better is the ability to leave luggage - although the team were very helpful and gave a recommendation for a left luggage company. Will use Numa again

Great short stay
We stayed with our two kids here for one night. The property is amazing and the location is excellent. The place is clean and superbly organized. The neighborhood is safe and well lit. Room for improvement: - the property needs to send reminder email the day of the reservation to ensure that the travellers have done the online check in. - wifi speed is excellent but the connection strength is just ok. - please put more water and beverages in the fridge I would love to stay here again. Overall, a great apartment!!!

We arrived and were told we were suppose to have paid ahead (we booked through Expedia and usually pay on check in or it’s automatically paid through cc given on booking). Apparently we were supposed to have received an email beforehand w a link to prepay. We never received this email, and no, it wasn’t in spam. They were very helpful on the phone and we got it all squared away. Rooms (we had 2) were small but very nice and roomy enough. We were also told we could not have the “free” breakfast because you have to spend more than one night there. I’ve never heard of anything like that. We were allowed to purchase the breakfast for 15 euros each. We declined and did our own breakfast. We were allowed to leave our luggage onsite in a closet while we did a tour. The reception person was very helpful in trying to get us a taxi. Would I stay here again? Not sure. The mix up about not receiving the pre-pay email and then not getting the advertised free breakfast was disheartening. Not something you want to deal with after a long day/s of traveling.

This month. The ownership / management have changed. As a gust for many years-rooms are not cleaned AT ALL - was not notified about it as well Reception un maned untill 10 Am. Only way to comunicate - is via wats up with a remote hotel service

I didn’t have an access to a phone so I couldn’t get into the property;, their doorbell/intercom didn’t work. Also on my booking site said checkin at 2pm and they sent me an email same day when I’m traveling and have not access to internet that the checkin is @3 with an access code to the property

Milan Visit
While the room was comfortable and large we were disappointed in the communication about how to access the property at night and other important details. Also, getting luggage in and out was more difficult for us older folks because of steep ramps and lack of support services for guests. Also got coffee pods in the room to make coffee for one morning but had to buy pods for the next 3 mornings. Location was excellent for seeing the sites. Desk staff were pleasant and called taxis as needed. Directions were not always clear as maps were not available. With the price of the room we expected a few more amenities.

Great location for Milan tour! Very close to the Milan Duomo and the Sforzesco Castle. The staff is very hospitably and friendly. Made a foom available for us even when we arrived very early and hold the luggage after checked out. The room and bathroom were very clean! We liked that place!

Very nice hotel in convenient location
Reception staff were friendly and helpful. The room is thoughtfully decorated and there was an electric teapot for making tea, also a coffee maker. Beautiful bathroom with tub. The building was a former monastery before the war. The location is walking distance to main sights of Milan and a 10 minute walk to Cadorna station.
