Stayed in room number 1 in April.2024 Good size, pretty bathroom, ac, tv. There is no kettle or coffee maker but all the toiletries. Plenty of towels. Well kept. We like the garden access for evening drinks and chill out. 5 minutes walking distance from railway station. Friendly staff that gave us boxed breakfasts. 24/7 security and reception. Very quiet. We recommend this hotel.

Nice hotel but room 01 is in a weird place where the hotel bathroom is right in front of the room. So call ahead and request upstairs room if you stayed.

Picked this hotel for proximity to train station. Was in Milan for a family event nearby. Room very comfortable but shower very small. Breakfast was very good. Hosts were great; very friendly (except for their puppy). LOL

Didn't care for the shower that wouldn't drain and left a pool of water from toilet to sink. This was in the first floor handicapped accessible room where the shower doesn't have separation from the other parts of the bathroom. In room climate control was inaccessible. Had to leave the window open to keep the room comfortable, ended up with mosquito bites.

Great spot!
Overall a great hotel if your looking for simple and clean. Great location and quick 5 min walk to subway. Breakfast was included with a specialty coffee and the best Focaccia bread.

Located a short distance from the train and metro stations. We drove to Milan and parked for free right on the street in a spot reserved just for us. The breakfast was served in a delightful breakfast room with glass ceiling. The staff was very helpful when asked for recommendations for restaurants-all were excellent.

One night stay.
Location of this hotel is very convenient, only 10 minuets walk from the train station. Very nice personal, rooms are clean,good size to sleep there. Conditions are working, but a little bit noisy. Metro is ten minutes from the hotel and the big shopping street also nearby.

Not good value.
Photos make the place look better than reality. Wifi did not work, service was indifferent, everything was a bit ‘mean’ only two small sachets for washing gel - that means only one shower each for a couple unless you have your won product. We like to bathe morning and night ... No black out curtains in our room as stated - a bit dark and dingy feeling. On a quiet off street from main, but not the greatest neighbourhood. No tea and coffee in lobby as stated either. Would not recommend. Expensive for the quality - next time I would pay more and stay somewhere a bit better. Breakfast very limited, and bad coffee.

What’s is there not to like about this charming friendly hotel within a stones throw of central train station. Staff friendly our room had a little balcony facing the small hotel garden .beds comfortable breakfast basic but good.

Conveniently located near Milan Centrale and two Metro stations to go to Cathederal and other attractions. We got a room on the street level but it was very quiet. Breakfast in the terrace facing backyard was very nice. The area is dark nighttime. There are bad guys trying to force sell things. So stay away if you see them from distance.

Friendly, attentive, and kindly staff. The room and breakfast were simple but enough; it was perfect for passing through the city for a night. Location is off the beaten path, and the area was quiet while we were there. Enjoyed our stay.

Dog on prem. Rooms were quiet at night but you can hear all noise from adjacent rooms and the lobby during the day. Rooms very nice, clean and comfy. Great location. Would go back.

Unless you sleep like a log do not accept room 1. It's located at entrance door but worse the breakfast bar backs onto it and early morning noise terrible

Very nice place to stay in Milan
The hotel is very nice. Simple but very comfortable. The room was very clean and the shower wonderful. It is very close to Milano Centrale. It takes 5 minutes by foot. It is also in a walking distance to the Duomo. Half an hour walking. The staff was very friendly and gave us all the support we needed. The breakfast is well served and the capuccino they serve amazing. When back to Milan I will sure stay there.

Hotel near Milan Central Station
Walkable distance from Milan Central Station. Check in at 1200 hrs. Stayed here for a night. Room was small but clean. Bathroom is decent size but shower area is small. Had all basic amentities. Breakfast is served near back garden. It’s ample and fulfilling. Good enough for 1-2 night stay. We faced no problems here. Close to Milan Central Station and metro Station Lima is also 10minute walk. Small eateries nearby. Was a decent stay. If you need a place to sleep,and would be spending most of your time outside, then this place is nice. Hote is small,well kept neat and clean. Wifi worked fine in room. Rooms are not spacious, but good enough for 1 night stay.
