When we arrived we learned that that had no water and had arranged for everyone to be transferred to the Best Western. We had not wanted to go to the BW, having a low expectation of the brand. We were pleasantly surprised. So, all in all, we were treated well considering the disaster Crown Plaza was enduring.

Great But Simple Things Missing
The hotel is very nice. Rooms are clean and modern. We got to the hotel late at night and wanted a snack. Like a candy bar. None whatsoever. No vending machines, no hotel store, no minibar. We would have overpaid for the snack, but we didn't even have that option. Why in a large, international hotel are there no snacks especially when there are no stores around?

The hotel was a great value, and the room was nice. The only negative is that the only lunch option was a microwaved pasta, and the front desk clerk had to serve it. The restaurant didn't open until 7pm, so early travelers wouldn't like it.
