Needs updating

Lobby is antiquated, looked unclean. Area is not safe for car. It is conveniently located for the airport. Breakfast was OK.

Dear Thomas, we are sorry to read you did not find our hotel up to your expectations. Our lobby has been refurbished 3 years ago and it is widely appreciated by most of our clients, we regret to realize it does not meet your taste. Regarding cars, we have an attended parking lot which is guarded 24/7. It is also possible to leave cars in the streets around the hotel (free of charge), it is as safe as any other big city. It was absolutely amazing and pleasant thanks to Laura and Amy at the desk, Francisco the chambermaid and the driver that picked us up on the 23rd of March from the airport.

I stayed here because I had an early flight out of Linate airport. The service level was unstatisfactory and my waiter at the hotel restaurant literally disappeared. I found another employee and asked her to find him as I needed to pay my bill. She went looking for him and never returned. 30 minutes later I found a 3rd employee and was finally able to pay for my overpriced low quality meal. Not to mention I had trouble accessing my room and the hotel had a very unpleasant odor. If you need to stay near the airport I recommend selecting another hotel.

Great personnel at the reception desk. Upon arrival they were very courteous and when leaving Alice was super nice. Cleaning staff do very well their job however carpets are old. Beds are comfortable but pillows are horrible. I had a bad incident with bar staff which could not be found when asking for the check. I needed to leave for an important business meeting. I told the front desk and at night the person (Salvatore) was very confrontational claiming that I had complained. I didn't, I just told them what I had ordered so they didn't think I wanted to leave without paying.

Business hotel where it's difficult to work

Pros: close to the airport and directly next to ENI offices
Cons: the internet
Like many people staying in this hotel I was on business. I checked in a day early to finish a piece of work but found that virtually impossible because the internet barely works and it is impossible to turn off the air conditioning in the rooms. So the work desk is directly connected to an externally controlled aircon unit that feels a bit like sitting next to an helicopter

A hotel focussed on good quality sleep

We arrived very late, checkin was efficient but the most impressive thing about this hotel is the amazing comfortable beds and aromatherapy pillow spray to help with a good nights sleep.

Veey far from the city center. The rooms need renovation. The staff are not very friendly and some were rude. It is pricey for what you get. The only positive thing is that the room was clean.

Our hotel is located halfway between the city center and the city airport (Linate airport), we have a free shuttle bus running daily upon timetable to the subway station from where you can reach the center in about 15 min. It's very unusual to read about our staff not being nice and welcoming, but we will surely take your comment into great consideration, as we hold this aspect as very important and distinguishing for our hotel and our brand. Good hotel, quite & calm location! The only thing i didnt like is the breakfast, continental yes, but less varieties ... Lobby design is so simple and special, the furniture is comfy and modern
