Great personnel at the reception desk. Upon arrival they were very courteous and when leaving Alice was super nice. Cleaning staff do very well their job however carpets are old. Beds are comfortable but pillows are horrible.
I had a bad incident with bar staff which could not be found when asking for the check. I needed to leave for an important business meeting. I told the front desk and at night the person (Salvatore) was very confrontational claiming that I had complained. I didn't, I just told them what I had ordered so they didn't think I wanted to leave without paying.

we are happy to read you had a good time while staying with us, even though we regret to read some aspects were not completely satisfying. Mattresses and pillows were recently renewed in order to comply with the new Sleep Advantage standard, as requested for all Crowne Plaza branded hotels.
