20 mins to cedar point, basically just a place to shower and sleep after a long fun day at the park. Nothing fancy. It is RIGHT next to a train track which rolled through in the middle of the night. Not sure if you can call what they had a continental breakfast, we walked in and walked out. Hardly any seating, coffee was grosd and not many food selections.

Pros: Nothing
Location: Sits right beside the railroad tracks. Trains are not very frequent and they go by at high speed, but they are trains going 60mph 300ft from your room
Two words: bed bugs. Some more word pairs for your amusement: * Unfriendly staff * Bad Wifi * Poorly maintained This was the last leg of a trip in which I stayed in 4 hotels, all around the same price range. I had one that was old, but well maintained, and two others that were really nice. This one was awful. More than "unfriendly", the people behind the desk were "uncaring", as in "I don't care", and specially by the lady that seemed to be the boss. The day after my stay I noticed myself scratching all over. Checked and sure-enough, I was covered with bed-bug bite marks.

rude staff and very unclean the room was so dirty

Cons: update and make sure rooms are clean make sure staff is nicer to costumers
the room was very unclean and outdated didnt even stay the staff at desk was rude we stayed in room 5 mins and decided it was not clean and looked nothing like what the pics on expedia looked like we decided to cancel our room we took pics of the room and are sending to expedia will never book here again awful

Horrible hotel

Are room wasn't even cleaned for two days, came back two nights with ants in bathroom second night not just bathroom, bed also wifi never worked tv cut in an out asked to talk to manager told she couldn't call them nor had a number for one... pool was my daughter and us couldn't even stay in it.

requested a room for 3 adults and 3 children didn't get that would have to pay extra for a cot no refer would have to pay extra for that room smelled of smoke I asked for non smoking over all totally disappointed !!!!!!

"Nightmare at Days Inn Milan Sandusky South" 44846

Pros: The train was a loud roaring which was frightening,seeing the walls shaking building shook as I looked up at the ceiling All night all day RM202
Cons: Travelers 'Right To Know' Hotel Elevator at Website before Purchase it is Not Stated. Senior Citiz. Persons with Health, Walking Issues not recomend
Location: Location just 'ok' out of delivery area for food. Called Expedia compensated $200 cert for our next trip TY EXPEDIA. Very caring customer support A++!
To warn future unknowing travelers, there is 'no existing elevator' here. Myself & friend booked this hotel because Days Inn are usually nice hotels with friendly outgoing service willing to help with anything. Wyndham is an exceptional hotel chain with places in Europe, L.A., NYC..etc.The Days Inn is one of many hotels by Wyndham. This Days In is not affiliated with Wyndham. It was bought by a India couple with there children living on the premises. The building is very old with no handicapped features front entrance doors are the very heavy kind you have to lean-in your weight to push open. They do not have automatic doors that open. You will have to manage the door and luggage up the flight of stairs depending where your room is.This building has 3 floors 66 rooms. It is also run-down. Looks great from the outside into the lobby, but this is where it all stops and begins with the secret of the stairs you will have to climb with each and every piece pf luggage you bring and if you have children be prepared some physical labor and repeating all this again when you checkout. I was unaware until we arrived asked which way to the elevator, when a sheepish look came across the desk staff faces of deception. No was the reply pointing to the hidden stairs that were on the other side of a doorway around the corner. My face went blank I thought I heard wrong it was 90 degrees with an equally high humidity. Room 202 2nd flr with a FREIGHT TRAIN RUNNING THROUGH 24/7 cont review below
