Hotel is too far from major tourists pots, but it is not an issue if you come with your own vehicle. Taxi is pricey in general. Staff are not overly warm, but they are polite. I find putting a smile over a strong accent/tone somehow makes the conversations a bit more pleasant. The room/hotel looks clean and smells clean. The staff were well groomed. Very prompt when it comes to concerns/requests. Our room so spacious. I like the modern design. Plenty of cabinets. The architectural design, staging of the room on the spot. The cleaning lady is fantastic. Overall, the hotel somehow found a way to promote their business making up for it's poor location. Highly recommend and will definitely consider this hotel if we come back to Milan.

Was quiet and clean . Next to supermarket easy to grab snacks and ready made deli. 10 mins walk to metro.. few restaurants nearby.

Watch out bed condition before you pay!!
Upon check in the reception man surprised me that my reservation is cancelled ! I showed him on the app that reservation is active from.my side, he kept saying cancelled...later he gave me the room and i paid. Room was 2 twin beds( i mean 2 kids beds) unlike what i booked 1 king bed. Fortunatly my room was changed next day to king size bed but the only problem the mattress was damaged and never comfortable, so my sleeping was not good in all.stay 1 night on kid like bed + 2 nights on bad kind size bed. Hotel room is with no phone! If you need tooth brush you must go down and wait in queue to get 1 tooth brush. Usure how this hotel is 4 stars !! Reception ladies (not the check in man) were super nice and helpful honestly they made me feel good despite bad was bad and i was lucky that i didnt meet again the check in man who lacks any customer service and unfriendly. I will.come again but will.make.sure about bed condition before.i pay.

This is a great property for someone who has a need to stay near the area of exhibits (FERA) in Milan. There isn’t much around the hotel, but the rooms are comfortable and the hotel is a practical choice. Tip: Book executive room.

The property has anything that is needed for a short or longer stays, it is very clean and the staff is fantastic. We had a very long delay on the flight and we arrived there very late. We called from the airport and we had someone waiting for us. The check-in and check-out process was short and easy. Great service and location. Definitely recommended.

Uninviting hotel
A man with glasses at the front desk not services. Spoken unkindly. Hotel parking is outside the hotel. Parking at the hotel costs 8 euros per night and not as described as free parking. Especially when it rains it's really uncomfortable. Roadside hotel, for one night maximum. I do not recommend.

We came to Milano my husband and I and we were looking for a comfortable place to stay while We explored the city and also explored Como. It was nice but the basic room was very small, it was very well thought out though so you could find room for everything and we are traveling for 3 weeks in Europe so we have lots of stuff. The place was immaculate super clean, the breakfast is amazing and the staff can’t do enough for you. The beds are hard but that’s typical For Italy. If you are looking for space don’t get the basic room, upgrade, you will be happier,

Good Hotel.
Good hotel. On site parking. Very good breakfast with variety. Staff should were gloves when handling food however. Room was good. Bathroom a bit cramped but doable.

Disappointing, facilities & service can be better
Could not get good sleep during the stay because of noise from outside where the night staff and some people having loud talking and smoking, also noise from truck movements at the adjacent supermarket during night and early in the morning. Breakfast normal, room can be cleaner. No facilities in the hotel, cannot be a 4 star hotel. Self laundry was closed because the maintenance staff was on holiday season which was very inconvenient.

Firstly this place is in the middle of nowhere behind a sort of budget grocery store, so you can’t really do much at night. It is immediately clear that this is a hotel used by airport transit travelers as the place was totally empty. The interiors seem to be designed to make sure that this whole place has zero personality. However the room itself was clean and the bed was very comfortable. Second, The hotel staff was unnecessarily rude about our checkin and made a fuss when we asked for an extra bed for our child even though this it very clearly stated in the reservation that we were 3 guests and suggested this room which we simply booked it. Breakfast was average.

Great hotel, friendly staff, highly recommended for business trips if you have a car and you would like to avoid the hustle of driving in Milano city. There's a train station close by the hotel that takes 40 mins to get to Milano city center
