We were very happy with the Enterprise and would return here as it is in a central.location. Our room (on the small side) was clean with a comfortable mattress and a well appointed bsthroom. The staff were helpful with a good understanding of english. Our only complaint was that the temp in the room was difficult to regulate. Maimtenance did come and attempt to fix this.

Average hotel , very noisy , all 3 rooms we booked were facing main road , across from noisy lift too. Complained and resolution was one room was moved but no other rooms were available as hotel full. No compensation offered despite telling staff we could not get a sleeper was so noisy and we would need to go purchase ear plugs. Weren’t offered any vip discount either as advised when booking. Rooms were small , dark and bathrooms outdated. Location was ok , tram stop outside and metro not too far to walk.

Spotless room, small but had everything we needed for an overnight stay. Very close to the tram to head anywhere in Milan. Also a straight walk to the park, castle and in to town.

One night stay for business
One night stay for business. Arrived late one evening but had prewarned them and asked for a quiet room which I had. Room was spacious and equipped with most things inc fridge and coffee machine but no kettle. I'm a tea drinker so would have preferred that, but lovely breakfast, so had it there. Checked out but had afternoon to kill after a morning meeting so went back to work and leave my bag for a while. They were so accommodating and helpful. Great areas to sit and work or chill out. Was very warm and humid while there but cool inside and wonderful fragrance in the hotel!

The staff was very friendly and helpful. The hotel is beautifully appointed with Asian antiques. There are many spaces in this hotel to hang out and read a book. Our room had a great bath with two sinks. We also liked the small balcony. The people working here though made this an enriching experience.

It is a lovely hotel. Close to yrams and metro stations and plenty of nearby restaurants with a range of price points - be sure to book a table in advance especially on a Friday or Saturday night. The buffet breakfast was very good and had a lot of gluten free and lactose free options. Staff are friendly. I would stay again.

Nice place
Nice, comfortable place for a couple of nights. A bit out of the central part but trains got us around ok. I used the spa - I don’t think it was worth the extra €20. We had dinner at the restaurant which was good.

We loved the design. The lounge area was very neatly arranged. The staff is always nice and helpful, we didnt bring chargers and we were handed 2 immediately Its a 40 min walk to city center Duomo, there is a tram, a cab , ev scooters, we sinply enjoyed the walk there is so much to see PARCO SEMPIONE on the way to duomo was amaizng too

This hotel is truly awful and it frustrates me when people rate a hotel excellent without going into detail about what they liked as I couldn't find anything positive about my stay. When you enter the hotel is looks like a nice modern lobby but when you enter the rooms you realise this hotel hasn't been updated in years. The rooms are dated and don't feel clean, the shower-head seems to have been added and it's cheap looking and doesn't match the shower as the water goes everywhere. The aircon in the rooms doesn't work, it's an old panel and I had to sleep 3 nights with the window open (in winter) as it was so warm. There are no usb sockets and you don't get a second key to charge devices when you're not in the hotel so not great if you are working there. Also, when you do get a second key it marks you as do not disturb when you keep it in the room The internet isn't great either as I struggled on video calls with work when there. Overall, this hotel isn't even close to a 4 star, maybe it was in the 90's or something, but now it is way behind competitors and you can find hotels much better and cheaper in Milan than this one.

Great stay. You have to taxi a ways to get to the city center, but it's a quiet location, which can be nice. Staff was wonderful and super helpful. Would stay here again.

New hotel in a decent location
This was a short city stay and the hotel was very suitable. Great public transport links and close to some dining and entertainment areas. A feasible walk through the main park / castle all the way to the cathedral and central shopping area. Comfortable lounge areas throughout and a decent little restaurant inside. Excellent breakfast!
