The hotel is in good neighborhood, close to Milano Central Station. The staff are very helpful. They upgraded me to a new room upon check-in (thanks to the receptionist Sandi).
The breakfast was poor, no swimming pool or sauna as one would expect from a 4-star hotel. The rooms are attended every day, but somehow you still get tons of dust in your room (maybe becauee of the ongoing construction).
Overall, my experience was positive, liked the modern design of new rooms. I would certainly return.
