I’m can’t recommend this properly enough mainly for their customer service. Our flight to Milan was early in the morning and when we arrived to Holiday inn Silvia (friendly, helpful, professional receptionist) checked us in and allocated 2 rooms that were available at time there were for disabled and the toilets were uncomfortable for us to use we mentioned it to the reception staff and in the next day they offered us very nice comfortable rooms. At the end of our holidays our flight was cancelled we rang the Hotel from the airport and they booked us in for another night normally the check out is at 12:00 but because our flight was late in the evening Silvia extended it until 17:00 we were very delighted especially we returned our rental car the day before and the weather was extremely hot. I would like to thank all the Staff at Holiday inn for their welcoming Manner and professionalism.

The hotel is 41 minutes away from the MXP airport which is 130 euro by taxi but once your ready to return the hotel have cabs that charge 110 that fits 2-3 people. Everything thing for tourism is like 20-45 minutes away that cabs charge 36-48 euro depend where you wanted to go. The staff is friendly and helpful. One of the staff loan me his charger for my entire stay.. Please get an European charger with you. My son and I had fun. The breakfast is simple but the pastry is delicious.

Cheap but not close to anything like restaurant or Metro rail which the closest is about 1.5 miles away. Clean room but not a lot of pillows and coffee enough the two of us.

Clean quiet room . Staff are helpful and speak English. Be aware that this hotel is in the north end of the city and quite far from the train station and well over 100 euros by taxi to Malpensa airport.

Everything about the hotel was pleasant, bed, shower, towels, paid breakfast, garage parking. except one of our day stayed we asked the front desk if they have a microwave to warm up food and we were told “of you were here 5 minutes ago, I would have plugged the microwave back up again” Sadly, I am not the person to argue and I just walked away. The next day I tried to speak with the manager about it but the person that put me down was in fact the manager in charged for the night before. Yes… just to be clear… there wasn’t any microwave in the room that I paid a lot of euros.

Convenient place to stay at Milen, not very centric, but not far away either. Close tu groceries (by car). Nos parking area, strange in Italy. Room clear and in good conditions, just a complain: water from shower tends to go outside of shower. It seems the floor doesn’t have enough slope towards drain. Other that this it’s ok.'

A clean, modern hotel with good facilities. Breakfast costs 16 euros which seems excessive to me. Not the best location ; surrounded by busy roads and industrial sites. Around 20 minutes walk to The train station. Pleasant staff.
