As two girls interrailing around Europe, Hostel 3 was the perfect stop off for us. Not far from either train stations and easily accessible by the metro. I was a little worried after reading previous reviews but everything was fine. It’s nothing luxurious but it serves the purpose and does what it claims to; the water pressure in the shower was also really good. There are shops and a bakery just around the corner and the staff are very helpful and friendly. I found it difficult to find the actual property so I called and they came down to let us in, very accommodating and perfect for a short stop along the route. Great for the price :)

We showed up half an hour after the check in time ( in the email we got from the hostel it said we had to check in after 14, but if you look more carefully it has to be before 18). We were laid because oue bus were two hours laid. We called the number you have to call if you are late. But the person couldn't let us in. He helped us find another hostel though. I expected that the hostel wouldnt charge us for the entire amount, but they did, even though we didn't use the room.. I suggest them to updtae the email where it says you can sheck in after 14 to include that is must be before 18

Worst place ever!
Worst place i stayed in so far. We booked a 3 bed room for 2 people and the price was around 60€. Once we got there the person in the reception told us it would be 90€. I showed him the confirmation from hotels.com where it said the price was 60. He refused to accept it and told us it’s 90 and said there was taxes etc. I then showed him the confirmation again where it says all taxes are included. But he still refused. Because it was very late in the night we couldn’t find another place to stay and was forced to sleep there. You also need three seperate codes to get in to your room. One for the front door, one for the door in to the room area and one for your door. I went out in the night and the code for the outer door did not work and i couldn’t get in. After making a bunch of calls in the middle of the night i finally got a new code that worked. Worst place and experience ever!!

- The hostel location is near a metro station, super market, and everything you may need - Mobile app for opening the doors (key is an app) which is convenient, but I didn't have much space on my mobile to download this app - we stayed in a room with a double bed, was comfortable - 2 shared bathrooms for both genders, was clean, but the bath tub was a bit old - The corridor had a weird unpleasant smell - The website hotels.com didn't show us the taxes to be paid, so we paid extra 3 euro per person per night city tax, and 8 euro per person per night services, which was unexpected - No lift so we had to carry our luggage up the stairs

This hostel is a scam and is working illegally, the payment you do in the booking is as they say "just for reservation" once you come there you are required to pay up to 50 euros extra. It should be closed.

Horrible experience with an unhonest hostel
addition fee and taxes charged more than original price. living condition is horrible. Temperary bed added, living with more than 6 ppl in a room which is supposed to house 4 only. The whole hostel shares only one toilet with bathtub.

Avoid this hotel if you can, it is less than basic. Two shared bathroom for whole place, incredibly loud, the walls seem to be made from paper. Breakfast poor.

J’ai réservé une chambre pour 3 personnes un mois avant notre séjour, et j’ai prépayé par internet la réservation. Le jour J on se présente à l’accueil, le réceptionniste nous dit que notre réservation est introuvable qu’il n’a pas reçu l’argent et nous propose de nous faire une nouvelle réservation au double du prix initial et veux que l’on paye uniquement en espèce. Nous avons dû partir en catastrophe à la gare et écourté notre voyage. Car le prix d’un hôtel à Milan en dernière minutes est excessivement cher. Nous sommes horriblement déçu, en plus aucune nouvelles du service client qui ne répond pas à mes messages…

Avevamo prenotato più di un mese fa con pagamento alla struttura all'arrivo. Una volta lì, ero con la famiglia, compresi due bambini piccoli, dopo averci fatto salire 3 piani di scale (non c'è ascensore) da un ingresso sporco e pieno di sacchi, ci viene detto che la nostra prenotazione era stata cancellata perché avevano avuto problemi con la carta. A loro dire, mi avrebbero mandato una mail per avvisarmi, mai ricevuta (nemmeno nella cartella indesiderati). A quel punto l'unico tentativo, giusto per darmi il contentino, è stato quello di "provare" a chiamare un amico, dopo di che ci ha liquidato come lo stessimo disturbando

Troppo scomodo per trovarla e raggiungerla se si arriva con treno e metro. Troppo distante dal centro. La camera è praticamente spoglia e angusta. I bagni in comune sono puliti ma in condizioni terribili e scomodi per farsi una doccia. L'ambiente tetro e se arrivi a fare il check in dopo le 18 ti fanno pagare 25 euro extra. Da prendere in considerazione solo come luogo per dormire perché non è possibile rimanere in camera a riposare alcuni minugi dopo un viaggio in centro

Respectable Mr,Mrs. We booked COSMO HOTEL PALACE for two days. It was very excellent environment in everything in this hotel. If we visit next time in Milan so must book this hotel in every visit. Thanks a lot for all staff working there. They are very polite and helpful. God bless all of you.

L'addetto del hotel non pulisce mai il bagno, la biancheria del letto le lascia in giro ovunque e anche davanti alla mia stanza, la stanza puzza ed è non è stato passato la Scopa nella mia stanza, inoltre non è stato pulito o igienizzato le superficie su cui appoggiarsi. Poi se uno vuole riposarsi il luogo è sempre rumoroso. Per una stanza da una stella e pagare una stanza singola con un bagno in condivisione con i tossici mi sembra un incubo. Dove ci sono le norme covid? Comunque contatto trivago e le finanze in quanto sono truffatori

Non dormire a Hostel3 se vuoi rimanere vivo
Esperienza da evitare a tutti i costi. Un disastro allucinante! Ambiente chiuso, i cattivi odori vengono da tutte le parti, non si respira. Personale irrispettoso e autoritario che disprezza i clienti. Ho fatto 9 giorni infernali lì (pensavo che non abbiamo scelta, hey abbiamo sempre scelta, vivere in un ambiente tossico e sgradevole come quello a 25 Euro/notte o pagare un po' di più per vivere altrove e preservare la sua salute). In 9 giorni, nonostante parecchi solleciti/suppliche, non hanno mai cambiato i miei lenzuoli, MAI! Il personale è così maleducato che viene quasi sempre a montare/smontare i letti alle 23 o mezzanotte quando state già dormendo facendo dei rumori terribili e devastanti. Impossibile di dormire in tali condizioni infette dove tutto puzza anche con le porte aperte. Ovviamente se vuoi ammalarti o non uscire vivo, va a dormire in quell'inferno che si chiama hostel3. Rimpiango ancora per la mia salute!!

Ne vous fiez pas aux apparence.
Le prix est moins , le service aussi est moins, il n'y a pas de qualité, c'est pratique si vous comptez rester 1 ou 2 jours, ou quelques heures. Parceque de dans la vie privée ça n'existe pas.
