Nice n handy to the station. Walking distance easy

Room was clean, spacious and comfortable. The bathroom was clean and huge n the breakfast was more than we expected

Overbooked, sent far away

This hotel was overbooked. I chose it because it was close to the train station and they sent me to an hotel 20 min away by taxi. They paid the taxi finally but I had to insist and it was not smooth as it could have been. I had to go with the cab driver to the reception to make sure he got paid. Plus, my night which would already have been short became a good 40min shorter. On top of that the staff was really friendly. I didn't see the rooms but the entrance looked a bit miserable. The only positive side is that the hotel they sent me to was much nicer.

Staff was Friendly and very accommodating. Offered to book sites for me and went out the way to honor last minute request.

Hot water didn't work but they tried to fix it straight away

Good place

Location: Many restaurants just minutes away by walking. Longer walk to the shopping district on Via Buenos Aires. Metro and bank very near.
Short short walk from Central Train station. Nice room. They charge a lot for internet but it worked pretty well. 15 Euro's for breakfast! but you can get a nice coffee and pastry at the restaurant a couple doors down. When I checked in it was hot and they said they could not turn the air conditioning on. It got cooler in the evening so the room was comfortable. Free luggage storage after check out.

Better than expected.

Pros: Nice room. Close to train station.
Cons: Leaving your room key at the front desk was odd for us. We felt very vulnerable and trusted that our belongings would be safe.
Location: Lots of nice restaurants and close to the train station.
This hotel was very clean and the staff was friendly. The room although not large was comfy. It was close to many nice restaurants and directly across the street from the Milan Central Train Station. The wifi does cost so we opted to not use it. There is a continental breakfast but apparently it was not included in the price of our room. So ask before you decide to eat. The key to the room is attached to a large glass brick and must be left at the front desk when you leave. So be prepared for that. Overall it was a very nice hotel and I would recommend it.

A fine place to stay

Pros: Close to our rental car pick up
I don't think we were in Milan long enough to really get a good feel for the hotel. It was fine place to stay, close to where we needed to pick up the rental car. Clean, felt safe, large bed. I think it was expensive for what we got. I would still recommend it, but I would try and look for another place next time I'm in Milan.
