The Reception people dont speak "Italian", nor English, nor anything but Chinese. They dont even know how to transfer a call from outside to a room. Facilities horrible, no elevator, breakfast looks like leftovers.

Yes, we are the new owner since one week, and we are very sorry; we tried to learn all in short time, and something has left out of memory, or the procedure is not very well cleared. But we, promise, we do of our best and now, we know how to revert a telephone call.
Elevator in not available not only for you, but in the all hotel.
Note the hotel occupy 2 floor of a building; not the full building and by law, the elevation is not compulsory. We know is a plus we there is no place to build it.
We do not understand how a facility is considered horrible when one week ago the same room, with the same facility was considered as standard; maybe it is your point of wiew, and we take good note about this.
Breakfast, set is still as manged before by the old owner; but now , in a week, we will change the asset, improve the servive and the food quality , we are focused in doing better; day by day . Thank you for yhe opportunity to reply
