Very friendly staff. Good location. I’ll duomo was a 15 minute walk. The other direction was a cool night bar and restaurant scene.

A pleasant experience The staff were friendly specially the front desk and breakfast area and helpful. The location is walking distance to Galleria Vittorio Emmanuel. Room is cleaned everyday with fresh towels. Tip: Pick rooms from the higher floor, we were at the 2nd floor and we could hear the noises from the kitchen and the cleaning crew.

This is a nice clean hotel with fairly large rooms being in a big city and close to the Duomo Piazza. The piazza is about a 20 minute walk. The Navigli area was walkable from here as well as the Brera. You park the car and walk everywhere from the hotel. The breakfast was good too.

I believe that the hotel needs some upgrades soon. During my stay, the room was not cleaned properly and the bathroom was stained all over. The shower tub’s divider was not completely sealed, causing water to spill onto the floor and my family member to slip and get a big bruise. Additionally, AC was so loud, making it hard to sleep. Although breakfast was included in the stay, the preserved peach had gone bad, which ruined our appetite and my entire family couldn’t finish their meal. Despite the hotel’s nice and cozy pictures, the front door had a big gap from the bottom that caused me to almost fall down, posing a significant danger. Considering that we paid $300 per night, the experience was not worth it. I would not recommend this hotel for a pleasant trip. This is the first time have ever given such a negative review, but the experience was that bad.

This nice little hotel is very walkable into the center of Milan. It's walkable to stores and restaurants without being in the midst of the downtown activity. It has a charming urban chic feel and is clean and comfortable. The staff is very friendly and helpful.

A nice hotel at a good location, Duomo was an easy walk away. Front desk was very helpful, simple but modern design. Breakfast could definitely use some help but loved the option of a specialty coffee. Do not book thru Expedia, book direct to the hotel, we had our identity stolen becauseof a security breach to Expedia.

Great Value & Location
This was a great find: close to the major tourist sites and the staff was very accommodating. One of the few places we saw that could accommodate more than two people in one room. Breakfast was also quite good. Overall very good value.
