Seems like it's a former "projects" building converted in to a hotel, in the middle of the "projects". Lots of graffiti around, and it made me wonder why some of the cars in the parking lot had security boots on the steering wheel. AC was old and not working properly on a 98 degree day. Door lock hard to open. Small twin beds. 3 stars are above the entrance door, maybe to keep your expectations low?

Dear Tom,Thank you for your feekback. Milan is a city with many old buildings so it's very easy to find former "projects" building converted in to a hotels. All hotels in Milan are required by law to display stars above the entrance door.However, We rent parking space and some clients decide to security boots on the steering wheel even if it's not really necessary. We appreciate your feedback as it helps us improve our services and facilities.Kind regards

Great stay, near to a metro station. Only thing to point out is that my room did not have wifi at all, make sure to request a room with good wifi signal in case you rely on that!

Security problem!!
Hotel was quite old. Also, some rooms has not minibar, as mine. I had security problem, the hotels room's door does not able to lock. I did not feel safe, then I left hotel. Hotels.com said to me your money will be refunded. However, they did not give my money back. The hotel argue that doors always the same as normal. However, they should know, if the door doesnt able to lock, it is not normal. Anyway, I will sue both hotel dei fiori and hotels.com... If you re going to book this hotel via hotels.com, when you have an issue,the problem will not solve, no one will not help you, your money will be waste.

this is our tenth time we stayed at this hotel the reception staff had a difficult time communicating in english since we are repeated guests no special treatment was given to us ex welcome drink or coffee,

Not bad for what it is
A few friends and I stayed here while passing through Milan. Very straight forward, low frills hotel. The clerk working the desk spoke enough English that we had no problems. Rooms may have been a little dated but I didn’t particularly care.

great value
The hotel is located in a very convenient location, easy access to highway and public transportation. They also have a lot of parking spaces available, which is extremely helpful. The hotel room is small but have all the essentials. Very friendly front desk.

Good price and location near the metro. Room smelled like cigarette smoke (even though it was a non-smoking room) initially but after opening the window and turning in the A/C it went away. Overall not bad as we weren't spending a lot of time in the room, just sleeping.

friendly and helpful staff. Some of the staff were not proficient with english so we struggled to communicate but they were trying their best which was appreciated. Thank god they had a PC monitor on the desk so that we could communicate.

Very cheap, comfortable room, very good location
As you may see when you arrive is a regular hotel in not a good neighbourhood. But the first impression is far from the truth. The area is safe, with regular families and people, walking with their kids and pets, or going/coming from work. This hotel is very cheap, but the room is very comfortable, excellent breakfast, and the location is really great! It´s next to Subway station that takes you everywhere in Milan in a matter of minutes, 3 bus stations and 2 freeways. Safe environments. What else would you need. I will totally recommend it.

Good Hotel
2nd time we have stayed at this hotel, the staff are all very friendly ,welcoming and helpful. Nice continental breakfast, easy access by foot or public transport to anywhere in the city. Nice little hotel, we will be back again next year.

Parking is very safe. Room has decent wifi, great air conditioning, and bathroom is clean. Location is great - subway is less than 10 minute walk from the hotel, and it takes 30 minutes to get to the city center.

ミラノ市内へのアクセスはとても良い。 最寄り駅まで歩いて5分～10分ほど。 夜は割と静かで寝るだけにステイするなら問題なし。 シャワーがとても狭い。 治安の面は分からないが、駅からホテルの間は少しくらいので用心が必要。

Il parcheggio è gratuito e di fronte all'hotel. La zona è tranquilla ma non è ben isolato acusticamente, si sentono distintamente gli ospiti che parlano nel corridoio.

駐車場有のリーズナブルで十分なホテルです。
敷地内に無料駐車場あり。フロントは中国系ですが、英語は通じます。非常にフレンドリーな対応です。地下鉄駅まで徒歩5分程度なので、市内中心部まで20分程度で行けます。スーパーも徒歩5分にあります。部屋はシンプルですが、広さ、清潔さ、洗面所等十分です。朝食はパンとフルーツ程度ですが、あるだけマシかと思います。

Check in veloce, servizio cortese, comodo il parcheggio di fronte all'arbergo. L'hotel si trova in una zona decentrata con molto verde. Buono il livello di pulizia, sufficiente la colazione inclusa. Poco adatto a soggiorni turistici, più per lavoro o per commissioni occasionali. Giudizio positivo.

Buona sistemazione per viaggio lavoro
Un comodo hotel per viaggi di lavoro gestito da personale molto gentile. Camere non grandi ma pulite ed in ordine. Comodissimo il parcheggio.

Notre parking gratuit compte 50 places de stationnement et il n’est pas exagéré de dire que très peu d’hôtels à Milan offrent de tels services.

Soggiorno piacevole, hotel consigliato
Sono rimasto completamente soddisfatto. Prezzo vantaggioso anche perché ho avuto l'opportunità di prenotare con un po' di anticipo, hotel 3 stelle pulito, luminoso, gestito da personale cinese gentile ed efficiente. Posizione comoda per vicinanza fermata Famagosta della metro M2 verde. Camera singola contenuta nelle dimensioni ma che aveva tutto ciò e anche più di quello che mi è servito: tv, aria condizionata, pulizia, luci e prese funzionanti (in altri hotel purtroppo non sempre capita), frigobar, cassaforte, busta per farsi lavare i propri vestiti. Menzione particolare per il bagno, sembrava nuovo. Oppure sono talmente bravi nel pulirlo che lo fanno sembrare nuovo, sia i sanitari che le mattonelle, moderne, pulitissime e prive di difetti. Anche quì funzionava tutto, anche il phon da parete mi dava l'impressione di essere nuovo di zecca. Doccia molto spaziosa. Un lavabo moderno rettangolare in una simil-pietra verde da far invidia credo ad hotel più lussosi. Bidet assente, credo per motivi di spazio. Colazione non posso dare un giudizio perché non ho voluto includerla nella mia prenotazione.
