The hotel was clean and comfortable enough. A little loud at night, through no fault of the hotel, but rather the location right by the train station (this also made it very convenient for travel). Uber is very easy to use in Milan, so that made getting around very easy. They could use some work on their communication with clients (our language barrier being English speaking)? Seemed like they had a restaurant and room service, however no room service that we found, and we had a difficult time with the restaurant? Were told to order in the lounge, and then it took almost an hour to get a substandard meal. Very expensive for what we got. Luckily the breakfast was a little bit better. Pastries tasted stale, and each morning they were low on food, even though there was still an hour left before closing time.
