Great place quiet and calm and 6 minute walk to Metro. Friendly staff and nice. Night shift Joshua was supportive. Front Desk Maria was awesome and great. She helped and explained local shopping areas locations, negotiated for Taxi price to Airport and gave lot of info , Thanks to her.

The rooms was nice for the one night stay for three people and the staff was great. We also love the breakfast that was included it was delicious. The staff was super friendly.

the hotel was closed! i was able to book it and once we arrived ut was closed. We called the hotel number only for the owner to say the property is closed until mid-April! Had to figure out other accommodations at 1am

This was a very nice hotel. The staff was very nice, and the breakfast was convient and yummy. It was a short walk to the MiCO convention center.

It's easy to get to from the metro and a really good little hotel. The nice size - for Europe - room was clean, had good bedding, toiletries, and a nice variety of breakfast foods. The staff all speak wonderful English and they're pet-friendly.

The hotel staff is very nice! When I needed a kettle, she borrowed one to me. Since my room was near the lobby, there was some noise. It was the only matter when I stayed in there.

Nice comfortable room
Clean, simple room. Perfect for a city stay. Would not be useful for working as there is no real desk space as it is constrained by a refrigerator. Good breakfast. Helpful staff. Close to a main train station and thus convenient for trains to the centre or to airport. Duomo about a 25 minute walk.

Close to MiCo, nice hotel staff but lackluster roo
Rooms are small and noisy if staying on the street side of the hotel. Decor is quite drab, no comforter on bed just a think coverlet and oddly colored fleece blanket. My double room was really just 2 twin beds put together. Staff at the hotel were very very kind but I wouldn't stay here again.

Very friendly and helpful staff. Room clean and bed comfortable. Very good breakfast buffet. International TV channels did not work during my stay but no big problem. Hotel conveniently located to access MiCo conference centre, just a 5 minute walk. Subway and railway station 5 minute walk as well. Only downside: unfortunately you are able to hear your neighbours very well.

Very good hotel with amazing breakfast and service
I stayed here for 6 days for a conference at Milano Congressi (MiCo). It was approximately a 10min walk away and fairly easy to get to. Hotel itself was very clean and comfortable, and the included breakfast was amazing with a large variety of foods to choose from. Hotel service went way beyond expectations and the staff was very nice. The only downside is that the hotel is a little far from everything touristy (though there are quite a few restaurants and grocery stores nearby). There are a few metro/bus/streetcar stops nearby that can get you to those places though.

Hotel Losanna gets the job done
Hotel Losanna was fine. It was in a location near the older part of Milan, 10-15 minutes or so from the Central train station by taxi. There were several nearby places to eat and the staff was friendly and helpful. The rooms were clean -- although initially one of our rooms smelled of cigarette smoke and was upgraded immediately. The bathrooms were well appointed with good showers. The rooms were basic and without any charm whatsoever. The breakfast was the same. We were the only non-Italian visitors during our stay, however, which was nice after being in other cities often surrounded by everyone but Italians.

A genuinely nice hotel
We received exceptionally good service from Maria (the manager) from the moment we arrived. All of the staff were consistently friendly and helpful. The hotel is modern and tastefully appointed. Our room was spotlessly clean everyday. The included breakfast was a simple continental breakfast that kept us going easily past lunchtime. The location is good, close to both metro and tram/bus, supermarkets and a couple of reasonable restaurants (check out Ichimi for great sushi at very reasonable prices). All in all, hotel Lossana was a big highlight for our stay in Milan, thanks Maria and team!!

Traditional Hotel but needs updating
There is only one electrical socket in the room and when I plugged my laptop in I couldn't get it out again! The AC unit didn't seem to have a switch, so it was freezing at night and there was only a sheet on the bed and a very cardboardy cover - so no warmth. On the upside the staff were incredibly helpful, nice and smiley and everything was spotlessly clean. The breakfast was fine - something for everyone and very nice coffee. I'm not sure I would recommend the hotel to my friends.

Amazingly Clean
This hotel is nice. It's a very small hotel and for me it did the job. The cleanliness was beyond belief. Amazing how everyday my room felt like they cleaned it for a health inspection. I met the girl who cleaned my room. In the mornings before she makes sure all the rooms are ready you will see her in the basement for breakfast. She is on top of that too. I thought the price was high but the way I was received and knowing I was in a clean facility made up for the expensive cost for the hotel.

Nice little hotel
Nice hotel about 25mins walk from historical centre of Milan. Based in an area called Losanna - nice area. Lovely lovely staff. Clean room, was adequate for my single stay during my short visit for business. Good value for money, clean and even had a little balcony overlooking the street.

Good hotel at a reasonable price
Overall this is a good hotel at a reasonable price (for Milan). Location is good as it connects to the 1 Tram which will get you to the center in 20min. The hotel reception are very helpful and nice. The room was very clean, with a small balcony. I booked a double room with a double bed, but they don't have that; what you get is two single beds put together with 5-6cm in between the beds, which is quite uncomfortable for a couple. Milan is a wonderful city, neighborhood is great near hotel.

Great Hotel - Good Location
We spent the weekend here, had a lovely time. The staff was very helpful, clean and comfy room. The neighborhood was perfect for us, lots of great food and food and food. I would stay here again and suggest friends to stay as well.

Well situated for MiCo conference Centre
I went for business. Basic but good value for money, lovely breakfast included with the room price which included breakfast dessert), I had a slice of lemon cake with a lemon curd layer and a crostata style strawberry jam filled tart that were delicious. Very good restaurants very close by. Within easy walking distance to the Milano Congressi conference Centre which proved to be important as while I was in Milan there was a taxi strike. Speedy reliable Wifi. A little noisy but my room was next to the elevator.
