Our first visit to Milan and we found the perfect hotel. It is an excellent value as it is located right in the heart of the city, close to the Duomo. We had the very top room and it was small, but our own private elevator took us there so it was very unique. The hotel staff was helpful and always pleasant.

Very poor experience. Firstly the hotel does not have a sign outside, very difficult to find. Very small lobby, with just one employee. I had to wait for 5 minutes for check in. The worst of all, the elevator was not working, I had to walk up 4 floors. Good rooms and location though. I will not stay here again.
