very basic hotel, dont expect too much

Location: Metro and tram station are nearby. Also a big supermarket.
Hotel location is ok. But the facilities are very basic. My room is very small, I think I booked a double room for single use, however, seems the hotel just gave me a single room. That's ok, I dont really mind. The room is small, so once you open your luggage, then no other space for you to walk. Safe box is not working, I called twice and I even went to the reception for help, they told me the guy can only come at 2 pm.means i have to wait till 2pm. That's ridiculous to me. One lamp is not working. The bathroom, after shower, the whole bathroom is flooded..The male manger is very nice, he came and wipe the floor himself. But, I think they should fix it, otherwise, everytime, the guest has to call the reception to dry the floor after shower. last night I stay there, it was heavy rain, I was stuck in the metro station nearby, maybe 5 mins walking distance. So I called the reception and asked if they can come and pick me up. However, I waited so long, no body came, I have to walk into the heavny rain. When I back to hotel, they told me they don't have an umbrella in the hotel. Excuse me?? I think this is a basic requirement for a hotel right? and this is a so called "4 star" hotel. Very disappointed, to be honest. So I won't really recommend to stay there

Cons: The shower drain is very slow!

Centrally located, ok experience. Very modern and the staff was very helpful. We only stayed one night and they held on our luggage for us until after our tour was over.

The decoration, technology, and friendly environment were great, room was quite, with a view to a beautiful garden, spacious bathroom, hotel staff really helpful. The bed has divided matresses so your back can get really hurt.

Milano itself is not so easy to move around so location wise the hotel is difficult to find even with a map. It's only a short walk from the san agustino metro station but you have to walk through narrow alleys and crazy intersections.

Clean, Comfortable, 15 mins to attractions

The hotel is very clean. The bathroom is also very comfortable and clean. It is five mins walk to subway station St. Agostinos - about 5 stations to the Duomo with a train change at Cadrona, and 7 stations to the Central train station. You can walk or take a tram or subway to Naviglio. You will need to bring a plug transformer because it is a European plug type.

Pros: Good quality and close to metro line.
Location: Two metro stops away from train to airport.
Room was clean and staff were helpful. Breakfast options were a bit confusing at first (there are 4, 7 and 12-euro options), probably because the person the first day didn't know it was our first day.

Clean and friendly, good value. 25 minutes walk from the Duomo or there is a tram stop literally right outside the hotel
