confusion by hotels.ca but worked out
There was some confusion after our reservation was lost but it was figured out in the end. Great service but I suggest emailing the actual hotel after your reservation has been confirmed by Hotels.ca just to be sure all went thru. The hotel is not in a great area but it is nice inside. The staff ensured we were very comfortable and brought an extra fan to deal with the fact their AC couldn't keep up to the crazy heat. Breakfast was worth it too!

Beautiful property! Cold A/C, clean room, luxurious amenities, on site restaurant and room service. All the modern conveniences an American traveling abroad would be used to. Highly recommend!

I had a very nice stay. The (standard) room and bathroom were both very spacious with a convenient setup; I am comparing to the US and Canada where I normally travel. However, the shower was really cramped, and I have a petite build so I imagine that someone larger would have a really hard time. The rooms were quiet, except for occasional slamming doors. The bedding was nice. The restaurant was quite nice too; I went for breakfast and dinner. I'm vegetarian and there were a few options that suited me.

Lovely staff, quiet location
Modern hotel, quiet and within easy reach of the metro to Milan Centre. We were there during the August holidays and therefore restaurant and laundry were both closed. It seems odd that the restaurant should be closed although to be fair there are many restaurants to go to in Milan!

Would have given it 5 stars if it were not that the airconditioning didn’t work the first two days of our stay ( we booked 2 rooms). The two front desk ladies who attended us were very helpful and friendly though. The room was quite spacious.

Everything was amazing except for the shower. The door doesn’t close properly so I flooded the floor. Also couldn’t figure out the handheld. Couldn’t turn into the head shower. When you turned the knob the head part did not turn on. Otherwise clean, comfortable. Bartenders were amazing!

The room is great, so is the hotel & general feel of the hotel. Staff are friendly. Let down was we got to our room mattress was blood stained? Not really what you expect. We were only here one night and it was on small parts of the mattress but shows they either didn’t change or didn’t replace

The hotel and staff were very nice. The location is nice and everything is clean and organized. The only issue we had was that we did not have WiFi for a whole day, which is something that has never happened before in one of my hotel stays anywhere else. We checked out and it was still offline, so that was a huge inconvenience during our stay.

I really don’t get some of the reviews here, unless the hotel was something else before my visit! Spent a lovely weekend in Milan with my teen daughters, and we got one of the small suites with closet, living room at an excellent price! Hotel is stunning, staff were lovely!! Breakfast was excellent, restaurant was aesthetically pleasing, the decor was right up to my alley! Theres a big supermarket across the road, theres pizza places everywhere and buses! As it is a bit far from Milan centre, it takes only 16 minutes from Sesto Marelli metro to Duomo metro! Only negative was that the internet was down for almost 8 hours, it was night time anyways!! I would definitely stay here again, no problems

Reception ladies particularly friendly and helpful. Near Metro station, which makes the hotel easily accessible from town. Room quiet and beds comfortable. Good shower but the floor gets wet around it.

Hotel seems to be undergoing a restoration (becoming a Marriott in a few weeks) - new carpets on my floor. Got to my room to discover no shower head, dirty hand towels and no bath towels! All got rectified quickly but after a long working day it wasn't what I needed. It's a boring business hotel with no real bar or amenities. Nearest restaurants are a 15 min walk.

This hotel is good value for money but if a tourist, it's a bit out of central area.. 15 minutes by metro into duomo, which does not seem a lot but when you do journey a few times, you might end up wishing that you had chosen somewhere a little nearer the centre. The hotel was fine with a lovely breakfast, very quiet maybe lacking a little athmosphere. I wouldn't recommend it for hot Summer months as the aircon system is not very good. It basically seemed to be a fan blowing air. Just + and minus on it.. no idea what temperature set to.. we had it down as far as possible to minus setting but was not very cold. Value for money, hotel good if on a budget which we were.. not luxurious but clean, pleasant and lovely staff.

Actually they moved me to NK Maccivalli which in very bad area & hotel was bad too I booked with Expedia in NH Concordia which good But they said will closing for Maintance & they don’t accept to move me NH touring which at least fair Sorry for that but I have to say bad bad management

The location is great
Very lovely hotel to stay in. Although it is a little far from the center, it is down the street from the metro. The metro ride is about 10-15 mins. from the center. So, the location is very good and it comes with a nice view if you are lucky enough to be in a higher floor.

Milan Hotel Concordia Review
The Hotel was very nice overall. We got there past 11 pm, in other words miss the whole day of services and maybe I expected for the staff to be more compassionate since the flight was delayed and the driver that I paid was overpaid . So I lost a day of breakfast and stayed at the hotel that I paid, i did expect someone to help us with the luggage, to offer a snack or maybe leave towels in the room. The next 3 days the sheets were not changed. Oh well, at least the hotel is next to the metro station and is clean

Family Vacation in Milan (Summer of 2019)
I got the chance to stay at NH Concordia in Sesto San Giovanni from Aug 14-18. Arrival: We are a family of 9 traveling, we all arrived at MXP Airport. Although the hotel is commutable by train, we decided to contact the hotel to arrange for a car service. Do not hesitate to contact them, they are very friendly and they respond to email very quickly. Check in and Stay: I don't have any complaints on the check in process, it was smooth and orderly. We arrived before 12nn, and 3 of 4 rooms are already available and we are able to rest right away. Every hotel staff can speak English and super friendly! The breakfast buffet was also fabulous! Around the Area: We do not see any attractions around the area of the hotel, although we managed to find a supermarket (COOP) just around the corner (7-9 mins walk). The Metro train is 1 block away (3-5 mins walk) and we used that a lot during our stay. Overall: I highly recommend NH Concordia in Sesto San Giovanni if you plan to visit Milan. However, there are not a lot of good bar or restaurants around this area. If you are traveling in a group, you can buy beer, wine or liquor on a supermarket close by and you can use the lobby to socialize. The hotel is certainly worth the money, clean, beautiful and friendly staff. Special Thanks to Carmen and Tania who made our stay awesome!

Good Hotel with reasonable price
Most of thing is good. The location is a bit outside of Milan Central area. Staff is very kind and polite. Check in process is very slow. There is confusion about pre-authorization of my credit card in 1 of our 4 rooms. Fortunately, they secured our booking.
