There were no public stairs, my wife doesn’t like using lifts and the only stairs in the whole building were used by the staff and weren’t clearly signposted. Not good enough in the event of an emergency

A good option is if you do not mind staying a bit far from downtown attractions. Excellent cost/benefit compared to other options researched. Good breakfast.

On hotel; Aircon needs sorting
Ok hotel; convenient for local businesses and obviously the convention centre. Rooms are nice enough; comfy bed; good shower; WiFi quick enough for most things. Aircon was the biggest issue - was very poor in my room, and rooms of my colleagues - rooms were therefore hot and stuffy (wasn’t particularly hot outside - maybe 30’C). Nothing reception could do when we queried.

Superb staff (attentive helpful and effective ) but room safe didn't work and the shower head fell apart and the water pressure was feeble smallish rooms but decent place with good staff

Good food at the hotel restaurant. Also, the nearby shopping mall provides more dinning options. The signage for the hotel should be more visible and clearer increased and clearer along the foot paths. Perhaps it could work with Google Map to make sure that the people on the foot are not to be directed to the nearby Building CC (Convention Center)

Convenient location lovely staff
Very good location, the metro is 2 minutes away so is a shopping centre. The staff are lovely and breakfast offers a very good variety. The rooms are nice but there is no coffee making facilities in the room and there was no iron and had to go into another room to iron a dress. The window shutters are very noisy and if you are unlikely for people in near rooms to use during the night you will hear them loudly in your room.overall a good stay and I would recommend

We stayed here for 3 nights for a concert at the Forum and it was super convenient having the concert venue, shopping mall and train so close. You are 10 minutes train from Milan and the mall has all the food and amenities you could ask for. What sets this hotel apart is the staff - they were exceptional. They went out of their way for us and it was truly appreciated. The hotel itself is nice and the rooms are comfortable - but small. The one issue with our room 454 was that it was near the inner hallway for room cleaning staff. With that we heard the rolling carts, banging and people talking first thing in the morning. Everything else was fantastic and we would definitely recommend this hotel for those looking to save some money by not staying in Milan and still having a quality stay with amenities in the area.

Staff were friendly. Hotel in good location wasn't hard to find and conveniently 5 minutes away from the Metro and a food and shopping Mall 5 mins away, which came in very handy. Clean, nice bathroom. Very nice stay!

The location of hotel is convenient. parking is free, train station is just 5mins away by walk, shopping centre is right next to hotel. Hotel has a restaurant and bar, it’s serving dinner and the buffet breakfast is excellent !! Room is clean, comfy and spacious.
