The hotel is nice. The location is good. Check-in took a long time and the lobby smelled like sewage and Smoke from the people smoking right at the entrance

Well situated and modern, comfortable hotel

Close to Repubblica metro station and a 20 minute walk to the Duomo. Front desk staff not very communicative but efficient. Beeakfasts are good. Our room was rather austere but comfortable and modern, and very quiet which was a huge bonus

Staff at NH

The staff at this hotel were non-negotiable when a mistake was made on our booking date. Then on check in, after all the issues, they tried to get me to take a room with a smaller bed so that they could sell my allocated room. In return they offered me a free drink at the bar !

bad experience

i booked 2 room, one was really really bad, one was very good, they said the bad one is standard, didn't know this is what they call standard, then after I check-out I left something in my room, called them, can't believe they can't ship back my belongs I can't even arrange a pick up my stuff, they want me to go back Italy to pick up myself, I will NEVER stay this hotel again

Milan not for new year. food ,service and in general anything is worse than usual.

cold rooms, without any heat! do not book ever!

It is unacceptable not to have heat during winter! the room was very cold and we had one pillow! also do not take in serious the conditions they show in the pictures! the room is very cheap, we found bugs in the bathroom, the overall experience was horrible!
