This was our last stop in Italy before going home and it surely was the best accommodation we have had to date. The property manager was very polite and helpful during our check-in and stay. Only a couple of minutes walk to Milan Central Station

Great location
Easy to get to from central train station and got a bus transfer from Bergamo airport and you are dropped off at the station which is about a 3 minute walk to the hotel. Late check in was fine, all communicated beforehand and no problems. Apartment was clean and had everything you needed. Only downside for us was the firmness of the bed and sofa bed - thought I had booked the apartment with two bedrooms as thats what was in the photos of it but never mind. Receptionist was polite and let us store our luggage from check out as we had a late flight. This place is a great option if you will be getting around by train and metro to sight see, just be aware because of the location it’s quite noisy with traffic.

Great location
The location is really good, very close to the station. You hear some sounds from outside street but it's not busy area and it was quiet enough that we had no issue in sleeping. Comfortable size, all kitchen amenities were supplied.

Very close to main road and noisy during night. The bedding is old and too soft. The lift was out of order on the day checkout and have to carry the heavy luggage from the 5th floor down. The guy in the morning shift didn't even offer help. The only good is near train station and room is clean and spacious.

Nice apartment close to transport around Milan. Lovely old 1930s elevator. Big old building with balcony that looks down tree lined streets

Spacious apartment near The Central station
Our best accommodation of our Italy trip. Apartment was spacious n bathroom was big n clean. It was very close to The Central Station n easy to drag our luggages to take the Malpensa Express or buses to the airport. Fully satisfied.

Nice Hotel
The hotel is about 5 minutes walking distance from Milano Central Station. It is near bus and subway stations. The staff are very friendly. The hotel is clean.

Great Location
Stayed here for 2 nights in October 2015 with my wife and daughter. Nice big room and lounge. very close to Milan Central railway station (walking distance with suitcases!) and very close to subway with access to all of Milan. staff very helpful and accomodating. had a wonderful stay!

Tidy apartment close to Milano Centrale station
Stayed for 3 nights in September 2014. This is a sweet little apartment building only a short walk from Milano Centrale station. Easy to get to from Malpensa airport. You can't see the apartment building from the train station, so it's a good idea to have access to a map with you. Take the exit with 'Luigi' in the name and you're on the right track :) There was a small supermarket a short walk away called Carrefour Express (on Via Luigi Settembrini), and a metro stop very close to the apartment. It was comfy and well-appointed, with good aircon. Nice bathroom, comfy bed. Apartment was very clean on arrival. Nice staff too, happy to help. We didn't notice any noise overnight either. Was so nice to have the extra space than what you'd get with a hotel. It was in a very handy location, if you take the metro from Centrale rather than the stop closest to the apartment, it's only 4 stops to the Duomo (Cathedral).

It's a nice apartment suite and quiet; good for family of two or more; reasonable price; close to Milano Centrale and metro station. Room cleaning service is not available during the weekend.

As a frequent visitor to Milan, Residence de la Gare added to our feeling of Milan being our home away from home. Close to our favourite restaurants, Metro, Trains and favourite sites. The concierge was very warm and welcoming and very, helpful. The apartment was very spacious and quiet. We were happy to make our own breakfasts and a couple of dinners. Grocery stores were close by which gave us the luxury of eating in or out. We are already planning to go back!

we enjoyed the flat and its location. It would have been helpful to have had a larger coffee make instead of one designed only for one cup at a time. Also the plug in the basin did not work: when was that last checked? The information about the local taxes could have been clearer, but, despite these small niggles, we would stay there again.

Located near Centrale station, the apartment was clean and spacious, the price was very competitive, a small supermarket is nearby and the area is very quiet. It was easy to find and we really enjoyed our stay there.

Great location <5 minutes walk from the train station where we ate what passes for breakfast in Italy each morning. We took the 5 euro terravision bus from Bergamo airport (about an hour) & walked to the hotel from there. There is also a metro stop adjoining the metro station that will get you to city center (Duomo) in 4 stops. The neighborhood was pretty quiet, but it was November & the whole city was pretty quiet. The staff was accommodating and let us check out late so we could see Cirque du Soleil. They also gave us a good recommendation on a mom & pop restaurant in the neighborhood (da Sasa). The area seemed relatively safe & the door to the room locked like a vault with 10+ deadbolts. The safe in the room was large & easy to use. We didn't use the kitchen, but it looked pretty decent & was reasonably equipped. The room was large for the price (and for the country!) and had a nice living room that could separate from the bedroom/bathroom with a sliding door. The noise level from other rooms was faint & not a bother. I would stay here again on the unlikely chance that we visit Milan again.

The price is a little bit high but the location is good, next to metro station and can reach centre train station in a 5-min walk. Large apartment with small kitchen. Good for people if they want to cook rather than have meals outside.

Close to railway station easy walk. Apartment updated nice clean and comfortable , good security. Very noisy neighbour hood and poor kitchen facilities, 1 only tea towel for three nights stay, no dish washing materials. Front desk open only 9 to 5 weekdays and lack of help from housekeeper at other time. Very unprofessional checking out proceedure bill given with total only no explanation of what they are charging us for.
