Lovely hotel and fabulous location

The location of this hotel is fantastic very central and easy for taxi drivers to find easily. Staff were very friendly and helpful with city knowledge. The breakfast choice was incredible and the decor was beautiful.

Excellent Location

The hotel in general is good hotel located at central Milano close to many attractions and shopping places. Also large varieties of restaurants and coffee shops are within walking distance. The hotel staff are professionals and most of them speak god English. The check in and out process is fast. Free Wi-Fi is available all over the hotel.

Convenient hotel in the center of Duomo

Exellent location, helpful/friendly staff. Great treatment. Upon arrival, we were informed that we had a room upgrade. Marvelous stay.

That's not the way to treat a repeat customer

My son is 17 but i did want him to sleep in a child's bed, since he is quite big. Therefore I have booked and paid for a room for 3 adults. To my surprise we were given a very small room for two people and with an extra converted small couch. I have complained about the room and they sent us chocolates ! Then they gave us an 8 Euro discount on our restaurant bill. That's not the way to treat a repeat customer and i did not get the service i paid for. After some further research, now i know that there are much nicer hotels for same amount of money. Look for better hotels...

Very convenient location, and very friendly staff.

Good hotel overall but could be better if minor issues are attended to (water temp. changes suddenly, inconsistent cleaning and amenities refilling, noise levels between connecting rooms).

Such a treatment for a repeat customer !!

Pros: Location
Cons: Giving the customer the room they have been paid for.
I was a repeat customer of this hotel. We are a family of 3. Since my son is 17 and he is quite big, I have booked and prepaid a room for 3 adults (not a room for 2 parents and a child). To my surprise we were assigned a very small room with a sofa as an extra bed. My son had to sleep half of his legs outside his bed. The guest relations apologized for this fact and offered an upgrade for next time. I have refused. In the end, they sent us some cookies (!) and made an € 8 (eight !) discount on our restaurant bill... It is a joke... This is not what I paid for. I sincerely discourage all considering this hotel despite its beautiful location...

Lovely modern hotel close to the Duomo

Pros: Very good service,, smiling, helpful and happy stafff.
Cons: Softening the noise coming from the hallway
Quick check-in, very good staff, great breakfast. Their response time to their Client's needs was fast and the query dealt with efficiently.
