Great hotel near the duomo

Great hotel this is my second time in this hotel it's my favorite near the duomo . But there is one thing that i really hate the towels on the bathroom they smell really really bad like someone did throw up on them I think the problem with way they wash them

Good location .shoping is all around the hotel.walking distance to restaurant and all brand boutiques.in few steps you can reach the most beautiful church Duomo.good breakfast and a helpful staff.

Ottimo albergo, ma...

Enormi spazi apparentemente sprecati e poco accoglienti all'entrata, parcheggio molto costoso, arredi poco attuali (e neanche di tradizione). Doccia con vasca e altri accessori a loro volta non aggiornati secondo i migliori standard contemporanei. In definitiva un albergo più che buono e confortevolissimo, ma che non giustifica il suo posizionamento al di sopra per esempio di altri Starhotel.

Siamo lieti di vedere che la nostra struttura è stata di suo gradimento. La ringraziamo inoltre dei suggerimenti sulla gestione degli spazi. D'altra parte siamo profondamente dispiaciuti di leggere del suo disappunto sul costo del garage e sulla camera assegnatale. Il nostro garage è dotato di Valet Service e i prezzi sono in linea con quelli della stessa categoria situati in centro a Milano. Per quanto riguarda la camera invece, ci dispiace non sia stata di suo gradimento. Nella nostra struttura disponiamo di 5 categorie di camere diverse, dalla superior, con uno stile più classico e la moquette per terra, alle deluxe con uno stile più moderno e il parquet, per poi passare alle categorie più alte come le Executive, le Junior Suite o le Suite, le quali sono camere molto ampie e in stile moderno. Speriamo che vogliate riservarci una seconda possibilità nel futuro e, qualora la camera assegnata non sia all'altezza delle sue aspettative, possa rivolgersi alle colleghe Guest Relation situate nella Hall dell'hotel, per trovare la soluzione migliore rispetto alle sue esigenze. The hotel is under renovation, there are many issues that they need to sort it out. There is no security. Anybody can jump outside your room. They need to impose a security in the elevator. Apart from that in the room that we stayed there was a renovation near by (nect door) and from 6:00 am until 10:00 pm they were maintance drilling. After 5 calls to the reception called. We had to check out that day. They offered as a room change ata 10:00 am. Obviously we declined it since our sleep was completely and uterly destroyed. There apology was a complimentary mini bar. (Just took a bottle of water). At least the could have done something better. There are trying really hard to become a 5 star hotel, they could be one. If they train their staff better and implement and put the client priorities in an order.

2e keer nu voor ons, super locatie! Hotel heeft een mooie uitstraling. Kamers zijn heel netjes, en elke dag schone handdoeken.

Excellent location

Nice, modern hotel with many facilities including business center, fitness room and spa. Front desk check-in and check out experience was very lacking in comparison to the hotel chains professional & courteous reputation.

The hotel location is just Perfect

Location: Perfect location near the Duomo
Make sure to book the new rooms ONLY as the old ones are terrible old and dirty
