Hotel on a very busy major thoroughfare. Traffic all night long. Very noisy. Bed was very hard, uncomfortable. The front desk attendants were unhelpful and rude. Would not stay here again. On the plus side, subway was an easy walk. Breakfast was fine. There was a "local market" set up on Thursday. Fresh food, apparel, and flea market items.

Front desk staff are courteous and professional. Hotel staff are friendly. Hotel room smells and looked clean. Metro and tram walkable. We were satisfied with our stay at this hotel.

Excellent location for all tourist sites and public transport. Staff are wonderful - pleasant and helpful. Room staff do a great job with plenty of fresh linen every day. This is the perfect place to stay in Milan for a reasonable price. Highly recommend it.

The property was dated and the rooms including bathrooms were small but adequate to be fair. To be honest we did not really stay in the room only used it to sleep. They were clean and fully serviced with clean sheets both days - we stayed 2 nights. The breakfast was limited to continental - nothing warm / hot - although there were choices between cheese and ham, sweet items and fruit and cereals. Nothing displayed GF however upon asking I was provided with crackers and sweet biscuits. All of the staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. A bar was signed although we never saw it open. The Metro (L2) was 4 mins walk and you could walk into the centre of Milan in 30 mins. All in all would recommend if you do not want a deluxe hotel.

The facilities are old, which causes some major problems (the AC does not work, the gave a fan), but its close to a Metro station that takes you directly to the train station and the major sights. The room is small but clean. It's a good last option if you are only looking for a place to sleep.

Okay location, not much around but it's near a metro station. The room was okay, very old and outdated but it did the job. Quite expensive for what we got really. Stayed in 5 separate locations for this trip and this was my least favourite. Staff were friendly, hotel perhaps better suited to an elderly couple but it did the job.

This hotel is exactly what it is - a budget friendly efficiency hotel. It’s safe and secure and in general clean. Nothing fancy, nothing exceptional. Friendly staff. If you need a place to spend a night before transit to somewhere else, this is a good spot. 20 min walk from train station. Old school key that you leave up front when you leave and 24 hour person in reception.

Good access to Milan. Not the most glamourous.
Hotel is ok. Easy location to walk to the Dominican convent of Santa Maria delle Grazie (last Supper) or to the Science museum. About 20 mins to the Duomo di Milano It is a bit dated and sits opposite the jail but it was ok.

The hotel is fine. However the arrangement they have with an external parking garage is VERY disappointing. The garage charged me for parking at an exorbitant rate and we’re very discourteous.

Room was so small, I can hardly walk, too hot in the room, air conditioning was at minimum, I was feeling very humid in the room. Breakfast was OK. There were no eggs for vegetarian people. Will not stay in that hotel again.

The gentleman at the front desk was wonderful. He let me check in early, which was a welcome relief after flying all night. He also gave me some great guidance on getting around. Location was good,too. An easy walk from the metro.

Good reasonable price for accommodations.
Hotel was OK, you get what you pay for. Used our free reward for this hotel. It was OK for the night as we came in from Rome and were flying out of Milan next day. Local area has supermarket very close so that was a plus. Decent free breakfast, no eggs. We stayed at another hotel close-by in Milan earlier in our trip and they charged for breakfast but no supermarket real close.

Nice hotel very close to city attractions.
Our room is rather small but the location was very convenient and close to subway and supermarket. The hotel stuff was friendly and fluent in English. The breakfast selection was quite good.

Eravamo lì per un intervento in ospedale e ci serviva passare la notte fuori..Al check in ci era stato detto che non avremmo pagato la tassa di soggiorno (ci hanno fatto compilare 2 moduli) e invece al check out ci hanno richiesto la tassa di uno di noi..Poco chiari e trasparenti..per il resto nulla da dire..ambiente tranquillo!
