Great access point and exit point from Europe particularly Italy lakes and alps. Great restaurant. Train to Milan city easy. Good rooms and comfy beds.

I stayed at the hotel as had an early morning flight. The hotel is huge and my room was a few minutes walk to reception, which may not be ideal for people with a lot of luggage, mobility issues etc. My room was very large for a single person, with a great bathroom. The room had a safe, complementary water and facilities to make coffee or tea (something I always appreciate). I did have a glass of wine and a snack in the bar the night before and all staff were friendly. The quality was good and the cost reasonable. There were a lot of people eating and the atmosphere was welcoming for a single traveler. It took me 15 minutes from when I closed my room door, checked out, walked to airport, went through security and ordered a coffee. This is the benefit of this hotel. It was more expensive than the hotels in the area that you need to drive to or get a shuttle bus, but the convenience is 2nd to none.

Arrived in Milan at 1am. So great to just walk to the hotel be greeted warmly and upgraded to a suite. Rooms are modern, clean and spacious. Convenient for late arrivals or early departures.
