Great location, just around the corner from the Duomo and Galleria. Comfortable, quiet rooms- ours was on the 4th floor and modernised. Good breakfast and helpful staff!

For the money the rooms were small. Biggest complaint was the room was hot and no AC offered in the winter so you had to have the window open all night with all the noise of the city coming in. Small rooms & Hot not worth it.

We stayed at this hotel for one night. It’s very close to the Duomo and made our trip a lot easier. Many restaurants and shops nearby. Staff are super friendly and helpful. Room is in a decent size. The bed was big.

Convenient and comfortable, outstanding service
Amazing service from the minute our taxi arrived at the door, through until the concierge put our cases in the taxi when we left. The rooms are an older style but well maintained and comfortable. And windows we could open which is always a bonus for us, even in winter we like to get fresh air into the room. Also, so convenient to the Duomo and easy access to a range of dining options. Highly recommended.

We had a fantastic stay. I had a conference that was easily accessible by the M1 subway line. We were next door to the Galleria Vittorio Emmanuel, which is prime shopping real estate. Plenty of casual and more upscale restaurants. The AC worked too! Lovely breakfast. Very attentive staff.

Very well located near the duomo and galleria Vitorrio Emmanuelle II as well as the cinema, restaurants and other shops. Staff is very friendly and rooms were cleaned everyday to a good quality. Bathroom was slightly small but very clean. Beds were nice and big and there was also a fridge in the room with snacks subject to payment. Luggage was carried to our rooms which was helpful and the lifts worked well. Breakfast is good but can be busy. Overall a lovely stay!

No AC working in the room. 3 days and they didn’t fix it. They didn’t move us to other room because no room available. Also no drawers in the closets. Shame the hotel. Noone care to solve the issue promptly

4 night leisure stay
Friendly staff most have a good command of several different languages. English is widely spoken. Ideal location for visiting the sights of Milan Downside as with most cities they can be noisy into the early hours and with what appears to be single glazed windows the noise can be intrusive There is air conditioning so the 32 degrees in Milan during our stay was not oppressive in the room. Furnishings are a little dated now and in places a little tired, cleanliness though was not an issue. Staff were very attentive and a slight issue with the bathroom sink not holding water when in use was very quickly rectified (10 mins after an email) Would I stay again. Yes it’s an ideal location. A little expensive for the tired dated furnishing However it was an enjoyable trip and the staff and service were of a high standard

suffered by comparison to the other Sina property we experienced in Venice, Sina Palazzo San'Angelo. Most staff were courteous and helpful. Room and bathroom were smaller than expected. Location near Duomo is terrific.

Great shower
Overall a very good stay and a solid hotel for the category that it is. This hotel has the best shower, the water pressure and temperature are among the best in the world. Very impressive! The only thing is that to turn on the shower you will get all wet so be careful with that. I also love that there are hooks in the room where you can put your coat, bag. Never seen a hook in US hotels! So annoying.., but not here, great comfort and I will be back.

Not a fan of this hotel... Very noisy, great location but that is all... The fixtures are dirty with calcium or rust. The bed is hard and springs recoil when you move ... stayed on the pool level Its not qorth over 150euro a night .we paid 350eu A three star down the street is a better buy

We were indeed able to invest in new matresses recently, generally this aspect is well appreciated by our clientele.
