it was convenient to where we needed to be. It was comfortable. Of note was the fact that the temperature in the room could be controlled easily.

Really nice interior and room conditions and close to metro station and the train station. The only downside is that the safe was too small than those you can find at other hotels and the lamp in the bathroom kept turning off while I was in the shower.

Modern, clean and comfortable hotel near station
Lovely hotel, comfortable, clean and contemporary. Good location very close to the station. I asked for a quiet room as I was concerned it was in a busy area and the hotel fulfilled this for me. Staff were very friendly and helpful and suggested some places to go. Only very minor niggles were the shower floods the bathroom and the bathroom/wardrobe area lights are on sensors, which in my room seemed to have a mind of their own by switching on and off by themselves. Also a complementary bottle of water in the room would have been nice. Overall, it's a great hotel and would recommend.

Great location, super close to the Centrale train station in Milan. However, the front desk area and guest rooms seem "cold" and blah, not vibrant, lively, or welcoming at all. I did not appreciate the lights going off in the bathroom several times while I was in there, especially while I was in the shower. Not very "smart" at all.

Very clean and quiet despite lively location. Standard king room not very big but very comfy, modern and clean for my 5 night stay. Room would be small for more than one person for more than 1 night.

This hotel has had a recent minimalist remodel and many of the items don’t work, ie toilet not flushing, lights that don’t turn off, handles in bathroom are loose. Very noisy! Street sounds and people talking outside are audible in rooms. One hard pillow. Cancelled second planned stay there.

Awesome location; awesome people....
We stayed here twice on a recent vacation. It's a block from Milano Centrale train station, so perfect location. Customer service at the front desk was top notch. Normal check in time is 2 PM and we arrived just after noon, intending to store our bags, but the receptionist found us a room available and checked us in early.

Almost directly across from Milano central station maybe a 1,000 foot walk very easy toting three suit cases . The rooms seemed to be brand new and comfortable. There are many restaurants within walking distance from hotel. My only complaint is the breakfast eggs were cold and like rubber and the selection was poor.

Water floods into the room when you shower in the bathroom ! The shower area was poorly designed ! Water did not go into the drainage, it flew out of the bathroom ! Half of the room was flooded with water, even under our bed ! Besides, the bed frame and bedside table are made with metal. My wife and I both got cut by the corner of the bed ! Furthermore, our room was located on the ground floor. I saw people passing by my room all night ! To be fair, the hotel is located very close to the Milan Central Station. On the other side, it also means that area nearby is not as safe as the other business or residential areas.

AC is not adjustable, it will stay at 24-25 Celsius at all times. The staff will tell you they are working on it but play it off and do nothing about it

Very well situated. New, quiet in the room and clean. However, we stayed at the hotel twice in the past 2 weeks and in both of our rooms the shower did not drain. This was especially problematic in the first room.
