The hotel is beautiful! The lobby is gorgeous but I don’t like the rooms. The carpet is a big turn off and the bathrooms are old. The rooms are tiny and outdated and not worth the price. I had allergies the entire night due to the carpet. The positive side is that they do have room service and the bed and bedding was comfortable.

What a pleasant property. Huge spacious backed by Italian hospitality & in the middle of everything convenient. Could not ask for anything more. Made our stay in Milan so much more pleasant.

Hotel is very run down. The hallways smell old and like smoke. The room was not in good shape had broken baseboards, cuts and marks on the walls and doors. We stayed in grand deluxe contemporary room and there was zero counter space in the bathroom. Shower water only got slightly warm and was not comfortable. We had a fold out couch in the room but at check in they offered to bring us a roll in bed. They dropped off the bed straight out of storage with straps still on it. We called and asked them to come make the bed and that’s when they decided to tell us that there was a $50/night fee for the bed that we didn’t even need since we paid to upgrade the room to have a sofa bed. Check in and check out is exremely slow and takes a very long time. Not sure who provides the ratings but this is definitely not a 5 star hotel.
