Our family was traveling from Venice back to the USA via Milan. We got there mid afternoon after having a long train ride and what seemed like a longer taxi ride. We needed to get up at 4 AM to start the trip back to the USA. Therefore, we wanted to eat a good meal and relax before going to sleep. The hotel restaurant was unavailable until 7:30 at night. VERY inconvenient. We were also unaware of the controls for the room lighting and no one advised us of how they worked, adding to our frustration. he shower was uncomfortably small, just a curtaining off of about 9 S.F. and there was only one towel for two people in the room. We would not stay there again!!!

On this concern we would like to inform you that in Italy restaurants open not before 19.30 unlike USA where you can find a 24hrs service too, whilst, respecting the environment and for a responsible consumption, the set of towels for the second person is always available in the closet as a 4 stars hotel service require.
