Angenehmes Hotel, zentrumsnah

Nettes und hilfsbereites Personal, reichhaltiges Frühstück, gute Lage (mit U-Bahn in einigen Minuten zum Zentrum), saubere Zimmer.

立地の良いホテル

ミラノのスーペリアホテル、業務で滞在したが、どこに行くにも便利で休日の観光も楽だった。朝食もおいしかった。今度ミラノに出張の時はまた泊まりたい。

Was told upon arrival "You no longer have a room."

Pros: Decent location for walking around the city. Breakfast was OK in terms of finding something most people would like to eat.
Cons: Their reservation system needs work. You just can't use a system that double-books people at a hotel. The stress we endured because of it was awful.
It was unreal. Months before arriving, we had an expedia reservation. We printed it and brought it with us. After a rough day of travel with canceled flights, we arrived after midnight. The hotel worker looked at us and said "You no longer have a room here." We looked, incredulously at him. I showed him a print out of the expedia reservation made two months earlier. He repeated his statement and did not seem to know what else to say, despite his being completely fluent in English. Apparently, they overbooked the hotel and we were among dozens of casualties that night. The problem is that we had specifically been referred to their hotel by the conference we had flown to Milan to attend. And, the busses taking us to and from the conference center (40 minutes away) were all set to go to that hotel. So, staying elsewhere would mean incurring cab fares and not getting to coordinate with any of our colleagues who did manage to get rooms at the Una. Una said "we have been trying to contact you." Yet, they must not have tried too hard. None of us received any emails. So, we got transported to a hotel across town and then after more hassle, we finally returned the next day to the Una. The room was average. The electricity panels were loose. Walls were very thin - we could hear everything next to us. even people talking normally. The bed was clean and comfortable and the bathroom was fine. Breakfast was decent, although space was kind of tight with all the guests.

Hotel overbooks and not always notifies that you won't have a room. Breakfast - nice coffee.

A due passi dal cetro

Pros: La posizione, il comfort e la cortesia

Location: A due passi dal centro, vicino alle Terme di Milano che consiglio di provare perché sono veramente belle ed efficaci,, ideali anche per l'aperitivo.
Mi sono rivolta ad Expedia perché non riuscivo a trovare una stanza in centro, Con loro ho trovato l'hotel Una Mediterraneo. Location perfetta, tutte le comodità che il viaggiatore moderno richiede, ambiente, cortesia e pulizia completano il soggiorno in questo hotel.

Hyvä hotelli

Huoneemme oli siisti, tilava ja valoisa. Henkilökunta oli avuliasta ja aamiaispöytä hyvää tasoa. Sijainti ok, muutama minuutti kävellen metrolle josta pari pysäkkiä ydinkeskustaan. Sai vastinetta rahoille ja tulisin uudelleenkin!

건물 내부 깨끗하고 난방 따듯하게 잘 됩니다 가끔 유럽에서는 난방 안돼는 호텔도 있어서리.. 아침 메뉴는 완전 기본 (크로와상 씨리얼 베이컨 햄 치즈 스크램블..) 그래도 잘 나오는 편입니다. 와이파이 잘 터지고, 걸어서 가면 맛집 몇군데 있습니다 까르푸 있어서 간식 사다먹기 편합니다.

보통의 시설 깔끔한 호텔

출장이었기 때문에 잠만 잤으나, 아침 조식 간단히 먹을 수 있는 메뉴정도 있고..와이파이 잘 터집니다. 어댑터 빌리려고 했으나 호텔에는 준비된 것이 없더군요. 꼭 챙겨가시기 바랍니다. 물론 220짜리 있지만 화장실 옆에 붙어있는거라. 주변에 걸어갈수 있는 곳에 몇군데 맛집이 있고 까르푸 익스프레스 있어서 장보기 편합니다.
