Room very small, ants in the room. Temperature in the room was hot we could not sleep. We canceled our booking after the first night and one receptionist was so rude and wanted to charge us for the extra night. All other staff were very helpful and underst of the situation.

Clean but not nice staff

I loved as soon as I checked in I can smell a nice fragancy and super clean, staff not really friendly, quiet rude specially at check in, but at breakfast at least they were a little more helpful.

Good value for cost

Hotel was clean and very nice. Staff were helpful. Wifi dreadful. It kept turning off and it didn't work very well. We had to sign back in e dry few minutes. Easy access to metro and restaurants.
