Pros: 親切な対応。
Cons: 看板が小さく場所がややわかりにくい。
Location: ドーモまえのバッチリのところです。
小さなホテルでしたがとても小さなお願いまで親切に対応していただきました。お部屋も綺麗でアメニティも充実してました。また泊まりたい。

Can't fault this hotel. Staff were extremely professional and very helpful. Location is fantastic. One minute walk to the Duomo. Definitely recommend!

Cons: The Internet is so slow

Beautiful hotel in perfect location

Pros: Location and wonderful in room breakfast
Cons: No restaurant on site
Location: Everything Milan has to offer
I booked this hotel for my 20 year old daughter and her boyfriend. They started their trip in Switzerland and then Bellagio Italy and this was their final destination. This was their absolute favorite hotel. Beautiful rooms...the breakfast was fantastic!!! And the location very close to the duomo. The staff was very friendly and helpful.

良いホテルでしたが…

バスタブ付きの部屋を探して選んだつもりだったのに、「最上階の良い部屋を案内するよ」って言われて入ったのが、バスタブなしの狭い屋根裏のような部屋でした。 最上階なのに感動して、アップグレードしてくれたんだと勘違いしましたが、バスタブもなかったし屋根裏に追いやられた気分でした。 部屋自体は綺麗だしスタッフの方もフレンドリーで良かったのでそれだけが残念でした。 海外に住んでる子といたのでバスタブ入れてあげたかったんですが… あとシャワーもすぐ冷たくなって使いづらかったです。 オススメできるホテルですが、バスタブ付きの部屋を指定した方がいいと思います。
