The hotel is okay but definitely not a “luxury” one. I did let them know that the shower was broken and the basin was clogged, but they took no action. Also, very inconvenient that they close check-in at 11 pm, adding a bit of stress to my trip as my flight was landing at 9:30 pm. and I just made it before 11 pm. I wish that had been made clear during the booking process, as I would have planned differently.

It is Bad experience
The hotel is bad in terms of service, there is no food, there is no room service, there is no water, you have to take the bottle of water and fill it from Downstairs.They closing hotel doors on 23:59, To be honest, I didn't find anything good to write about. Well, it was a bad experience to rent in this hotel. I don't recommend it at all.

I love this place. This is the second time I have stayed here. The place is beautiful and service is amazing. This time I just think the room needed to be cleaned better and the area rug seriously needs replacement. We had the same room and the rug was dirty. Otherwise the place is amazing. I will be staying again soon.

Furnishings are rather spare; not really "luxurious", despite what was promised in the name. Quiet. 10 minute walk to nearest Metro stop. From there, the Duomo and City center are about 15 minute Metro ride away.

What is there not to love about this luxury hotel? Super clean, extremely private and very accommodating. The kitchen saved us money as we cooked a bit every day. There are many places close by to buy groceries. I have never felt so at home at a hotel. The only place I will stay in Milan from now on. The Lodi train is a short walk away and the Duomo is only a few stops from there. The staff is incredibly helpful and I couldn’t have asked for a better stay. See you in September! Grazie Mille

Next to Fondazione Prada in the middle of nowhere.
Very good space and overall confort but besides Fondazione Prada next door. There’s noting in the area which is quite decrepit and abandoned.

Pros: Very modern apartment, very comfortable, spacious and reasonably close to metro. Pleasant and helpful staff. Cons: Some clothes washing products could be added to the vending machines. Droning noise from aircon motor in the courtyard is a bit annoying.

Highly recommend Zambala. Easy parking. Good welcome with all the necessary information to make a good stay. Room(s) are spacious, very modern and comfortable, and kitchen was easy to cook in. A little farther from the metro than we would like (we are in our late 60's) but only four stops to the Duomo. Large grocery store less than 1 km away and several good eating places within three blocks of the Zambala gates.

The hotel is very nice, close to the city center. There is a free gym and free bikes to explore the city. The staff was pleasant and good. There is free parking for those arriving with a car. The rooms are very large and include a kitchen with dishwasher!

Large room & off str parking near Linate & trains
Convenient to trains and Linate, this area of Milan is close enough for a taxi to downtown, but is in a slightly sketchy area. Luckily the property is fully gated with off street parking and all-new amenities including kitchen with both pod-coffee and a Moka pot with 2 burners and mini-fridge. A/C was on the fritz when we arrived, but maintenance got it working better. Reception staff very friendly and helpful with recommendations. Comfortable interior space and large studio room with modern Ikea inspired amenities. Security blind on window. Not much of a view, but at least it was to a garden area.

Basic but clean/spacious accommodation
We stayed here for one night. Firstly, it's important to note that reception is only open from 8am to 23:00, and you can't check in outside of these times. We had a flight landing at 22:00 and had to pick up a rental car, so were afraid we might be a little late for the 23:00 check-in cut-off time. I had spoken to someone at the property about this prior to our trip, and they said it wouldn't be a problem if we were 20-30 minutes late. On the day of arrival, we got a call from Zambala letting us know that if we didn't make it by 23:00, we wouldn't be able to get in as the person working at the desk would shut reception down at 23:00. I appreciate reception closing at a certain point as this is not a hotel, but it would be nice if from the beginning they were clear that there was no way to get a key post 23:00 and that no one would stay after that time. We luckily made it in time, but if our flight had been delayed even 15 minutes we wouldn't have made it and would have had to find alternative accommodation last minute. In terms of the accommodation itself, it is basic with a slightly uncomfortable (very hard) bed, but very spacious, clean and good for a quick stopover.

Nice large clean rooms steps away from city centre
Rooms were nice and large. Clean. Comfortable bedding. Kitchen area with appliances. Nice large bathroom. Manuel at the front desk was great, helped with cabs, food delivery, reservations. A few things missing to make it a 100% positive review. I wish they had a microwave. They have an oven but sometimes you need a quick nuke. Also no iron or ironing board was a pain. We were on a family holiday and needed it a few times, I’m sure business travellers would need it more. All in all a good place to stay that’s moments away from a tube station and 4 stops away from the Duomo

Good value stay in Milan
Apartment was very spacious, I didn't use the kitchen but it looked as though it had everything you could need. Location is about 5 minutes on foot from Lodi metro station, from there you can go anywhere in Milan. The apartments have parking too. A couple of nice bars and restaurants in the immediate area. Excellent value for money.

Nice & Pleasant Stay
My wife and I had a very pleasant stay in Zambala. The apartment looks modern and well maintained. Free parking was available within the premises. The apartment interior was of ample space and well furnished. Though there is no breakfast provision in our lease, the apartment had provided croissants free of charge in the morning for live in guests. It was such a nice gesture!!

Great little apartment
We stayed here for a single night towards the end of a two week touring holiday from the UK. The apratment block is secure and pleasantly situated in a tree lined compound. The aprtment was roomy, with good AC and Wi-Fi. Manuel, the desk chap was really helpful - a very nice guy who went out of his way to ensure our stay was as comfortable as possible. Very nice breakfast - would definitely stay here again if in Milan.

Good choice for a city stay
The residence is excellent and we were warmly welcomed. The room was bigger than anticipated and very clean and tidy. Morning pastries were very tasty too! The only slightly negative was when we walked 10 mins to the nearest Metro station we felt slightly uneasy in this area, nothing happened, just a feeling! Having said that the location is very convenient to Milan city centre, only 4 stops from Duomo.

Almost perfect. Very comfortable living.
This building seems designed primarily for long-term stays, but it works out great for short-term as well. The units are basically a studio apartment with a well equipped kitchen, nice big bathroom, and a comfortable bed and daily cleaning service. The only issue I had was that the room I stayed in #603 had a VERY weak wifi signal, in that it was pretty much unusable from the room, so I had to use the wifi in the lobby area instead. Other than that I would stay here again.

Sweet spot in Milan!
This was a good hotel! Within walking distance to food, sights, ATMs, metro station (a block away), and the business district. The hotel is very modern with a great staff who were friendly, professional, and very helpful! The Wi-Fi didn't work in my room (top floor) but I didn't need it, so it wasn't a big deal. The floors are made with a textured matting of some sort, so the bottom of my bare feet were black after an hour in the room, so be mindful. No worries in my book!! I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a comfortable stay!

Only complaint I have, I booked a family room for two adults and two children. It included a double and sofa bed. The booking only confirmed adults and on arrival I had to pay extra for children albeit the sofa bed was spec as part of the room.

It's a pity that the hotel's location was not so convenient. Walk to the Metro station was about 10 mins and we felt it wasn't so safe to do so @ night. Otherwise, it was a very comfortable service apartment.

The hotel was very comfortable and we were upgraded to a suite,people at the reception were very friendly and helped with all the information we asked for. Location is about 10 minutes walk from the Lido metro which at times was difficult to walk with bags.
