Terrific value

Posted Sep 26, 2016
Pros: Staff, location
Location: Location was terrific with Walmart close.
The staff is very nice and helpful. I loved the map with the lights! The hot breakfast was the best breakfast we had on our journey with homemade cinnamon rolls, biscuits and gravy, etc! Good coffee. Room decor is dated, but clean. My mom loved the walk in shower and recliner in ADA room, it was her favorite of our trip.

Pleasant stay

Posted Sep 21, 2016
Very convenient location right off interstate but quiet. Good choices for dining very close. An older property but so well maintained and managed. Great features and amenities. All staff were friendly, helpful, and professional. Room was immaculate. Complimentary breakfast had lots to choose from both hot and cold. Would never hesitate to stay again-a good surprise on my long trip.

Hotel along the way.

Posted Sep 20, 2016
Pros: Hot breakfast.
Cons: New pillows and towels. Pillows were lumpy and towels had stains on them but were clean.
Location: Close to the interstate and easy access to gas, shopping and groceries.
This hotel was a nice hotel for an overnight stay while traveling to the Yellowstone area. It wasn't updated but very clean and staff was helpful and very nice. The hot breakfast in the morning was excellent. We would stay again in the future.

Staff is excellent and always heat you with a smile. Property and rooms are clean. But a bit dated. Prices were good. Would stay again

Excellent staff

Posted Sep 5, 2016
Pros: Clean, comfortable room and excellent service.
Location: We were just passing through on a major road trip, but shopping and restaurants are very close by.
We were assisted by Amber when I called before arriving and then again once we got there. She was friendly, helpful and very professional, making sure that our requests were met and answering questions we had. Our room was in great shape; roomy and comfortable as well as very quiet, which is critical for us. Breakfast was above average with multiple selections of food items. The location of this hotel is convenient to the freeway as well as services, but still extremely quiet.

Nice, inexpensive hotel in Miles City.

Posted Sep 1, 2016
Pros: Inexpensive. Easy to find.
Cons: Looking a little aged.
Location: Miles City is a nice, older downtown with some nice places to eat and drink.
Not fancy, but not bad, either. Clean and comfortable. A bit older and could use some renovations, but very workable hotel near interstate.

Simple, clean, close to fantastic restaurants, and bonus it's within walking distance of a fun little saloon! The rooms are simple, yet very clean, perfect for sleeping!

The first time I ever left a hotel after 2 hours.

Posted Aug 27, 2016
Pros: Nothing, really
Cons: If someone wants to be in the hospitality industry they need to be people persons. The decor needs a major uplift.
The hotel looks okay from the outside but looks really can be deceiving. The desk staff was definitely not a people person. She was anything but welcoming, very task oriented, humorless and gave the impression that dealing with me was stressful and something unwanted. I asked her if she was having a bad day and she said no. (Gee I'd hate to see her on a bad day.) I left the desk for my room feeling "off" as if I was somehow in the wrong movie. The room made me laugh...literally. It was a colorful '80's decor complete with a very vividly colorful puff quilted bedspread...something I had never seen before but it went nicely with the awful wall paper border. A bad '80's decor plus old and tired. At this point I was wondering how this hotel had gotten the high ratings. Seriously. Was someone stuffing the ballet box? I was really tired and flopped on the bed for a nap. Upon waking the phone rang and a stiff official voice said, "Is that your trailer parked in the parking lot?" I answered in the affirmative and she responded again in a rather school teacher voice "then you'll have to move it. It's taking up too many spaces and you'll have to park it on the street." I was speechless and said that the parking lot was barely half full. She was unmoved and came back defensively stating "the rules" and I needed to move the car. Because of the ominous quality of the statement I was tempted to say "or what?" but didn't. Well, I decided to go where I was wanted.

We cannot tolerate drunken behaviour out of guests as it is a danger to the children and adults of all those who stay. I hope you have a healthier year Wes Foster, GM
