Bad Service

When we checked in we were told the restaurant would be open until 10.00PM. We went upstairs and then came down for dinner. We stood for 15 min being told as employed went by that we would be helped in just a min. 5 more people came up in the 15 min when the manager came to help he did not ask who was first just went past us to the next group. When we stated we were here first he looked like a deer in the headlights. We left and went across the street to Wendy's where we felt like they wanted our business

I enjoyed my but for the money breakfast should have been provided. Because paying extra for breakfast makes it an expensive stay

Close to meeting event

Pros: The bed was very comfortable and the room was quiet. It was very clean in the bathroom
Cons: Cleaning the carpets
The hotel was tastefully decorated and was quiet. The locks had just been changed, so there were some glitches with the room cards that needed to be rekeyed. The carpets needed cleaning, many stains throughout the building and rooms.

Clean & Safe

It was basic somewhat outdated, but clean and safe. I asked for a wake-up call which never arrived.

Stayed here for a concert at the DCU

Staff from start to finish excellent. Room very comfortable and clean. I slept great and I never sleep well in a hotel. Breakfast cooked to order and excellent. Did I mention the staff was outstanding!

Incredible staff

The woman who checked us in was friendly and knowledgable. She provided us with a great restaurant recommendation. She finished by providing us detailed driving directions to that restaurant, which made our day!

The room was comfortable. We had everything we needed. The room did have a slight smell of a curling iron left on but we couldn't figure out what it was. The whirlpool was also great. I would just recommend updating the signs that indicate how to operate it. The sign said to turn the dial but there was no dial. The phone down by he pool said to pick up if you needed help but when we did it was just a dial tone with no instructions as to what number to call. We tried 0 but that rang and then went busy. We did pay for the free breakfast. It was charged at check out. They did resolve it immediately however. Overall it was a pleasant stay.
