It was a very quiet hotel room. I could have been a little closer to the exit but other than that it was a good hotel

Came to town for a funeral. Very clean with wonderful beds.

Hotel was clean, close to restaurants and shopping. The staff was friendly and helpful. On the minus side, the drapes are fashioned in a way that they don’t close and I woke to the sound of the shower and footsteps in the room above us. Other than those two things, very comfortable stay.

The hotel was completely amazing. There was complimentary hot & cold breakfast every day and also an evening social with light bites Monday-Thursday. There were so many different restaurants within a mile to eat at. The only downside was there wasn't much to do in the area, but that isn't really the hotels fault.

Cons: Give your guests the room the booked!!!!
When I arrived, I realized that I had not received the one bedroom suite that I had reserved. I called the front desk and was told the people in my room decided to extend their stay, therefore it was not available. Really???? Why not move them to another room. They were unsympathetic and the Manager did nothing to accommodate me. Therefore, after an hour or so, I found another hotel which had what I wanted, and went to the front desk to tell them I was leaving. The woman there told me I had a $4.99 charge for internet service on my bill. I just told her to take it off because I had been there only about an hour or so. In my opinion, after what they did, she shouldn't have even brought it up. Will never stay there again!!!!!
