Our apologies about the cigarette smell and we will look into making alternative arrangements for smokers so that non smokers do not have to bear the unpleasant smell of cigarette smoke

Very disappointed first the clerk wrote the wrong door number on key cards So i tried 119 it opened i figure same with hottub. I called to ask a the wifi and went bissirk accussed me of using an old key. Told me i purposely to get better room. Then he to me i need to go to another room i need leave. He told me then i need more money i took another deposit. Would not give me new towels. To top it off the place has roaches.

5 night say. Booked king be room, given a queen bed room. I requested a changed, but they never held a king bed room for me. TV did not work -- no cable box. Requested fix... every day, but it was never fixed put in a cable box. They had outlets with no cover. Outlets with covers, but didn't work. I could go on, but won't bother. I realize I booked a Motel, not the Crown Plaza. But this was the worst service I've experienced at any Hotel 8 (or cheap hotel/motel) in my entire life! And I'm 62 years old and travel a lot!

I stood in the Jacuzzi suite and the jets in the tub were not working. The manger offered a partial refund and said that he would be charging it as a regular room instead. They never gave me the refund I’ve been calling numerous times and they always say they’ll call me back, but they never do. Would not recommend this place.

DO NOT STAY HERE!! The rooms are filthy! Floors are sticky, bathroom has mold, smeared lipstick on wall, air vents clogged with dust, over all just dirty! Smelled the entire time like cigarette smoke and weed. The the person next door had a lady friend join him at 11pm and we had to listen to them have intercourse all night! We had our younger daughter with us!! It was the worst experience ever! Had to sleep with TV on!! This place needs to be shut down!

It was horrible! It looked like the room hadn’t been cleaned and someone had just been sitting in there smoking while sitting on the chair in front of the TV. No other rooms were available to switch. It felt very unsafe and unsanitary

Friendly staff but Poor experience. The cleanliness was below average and when I walked into my room it smelled like straight smoke. Won’t be booking with another super 8 in the future

I had reserved a king size room and when we arrived and checked in I was given a room with 2 queen beds. I went back to the office and said this is not what i reserved and was told this is what my computer says and he doesn't have a king room available but could give me a king room with a hot tub for an additional cost or he could refund our money. A little back and fourth with him and the end result was we could have the king size room for the same cost and he would turn off the hot tub we said fine. I would not have used the hot tub it was kinda gross. They never came in and made up our room or gave us freah linens we had to use wet towels for our showers the next day. Their free breakfast item is maybe a piece of fruit or a yougurt. I definitely would not stay in this hotel ever again.

Our recent one night stay was very disappointing. Friendly staff but the room was gross. The blinds had holes from being torn, bathroom was gross and the sink was clogged. Most everything from the outlets to the microwave was in a very poor condition. Couple bugs. I cannot recommend this to anyone, even for a night.

It was very clean inside the room. The bed was 42 inches off floor exremely hard to get into. Bathroom floor slippery. There were 2 very small pillows on each bed. The people were not at all friendly. No information in the room about the area or the place.

great shower. TV ok. Plenty of hot water. (1)Peep hole in door was exactly that - a hole in the wood so anyone could look in and see what the guest is doing. Someone had stuffed a slimy piece of paper in it. I covered it with a bandaid. (2) Dirty corners in bathroom. (3) Molding missing in several places. (4) Breakfast items poor. Only instant oatmeal and pastries. Apple juice dispenses water and had something in it (bug or dust). (5) Connecting doors from outside to elevator area propped open 24 hours a day - Is this secure? You know i won't be back here again!

Service/Staff: While there are some inconsistencies, I appreciate the overall effort of the staff of this property to accommodate individual needs and demonstrate the flexibility that has sadly become so unusual amongst most other local properties. Condition/Cleanliness: It would be nice to see better quality of repair work (light switches, plumbing, etc.) That said, the Milford Super 8 location is the cleanest and most well-kept Wyndham property in the greater New Haven area by far.

Room smelled like feet. The fridge/tv/microwave stand was unplugged and the freezer defrosted and water was everywhere. The plank flooring was separating. Cable didn’t work, front desk guy said he’d be up in 10-min, never came. Furniture in the room was beaten and worn. Hole in screen in bathroom window. Wall outlet looked like it had a burn mark. Afraid to turn on A/C due to heavy particles seen in vents. My party literally spent the previous 4 nights sleeping in a tent in the woods while camping. The only thing that was an “upgrade” was sleeping on an albeit, questionable, mattress. Room 202. Luckily we were all exhausted and passed out an hour after arriving, so the room served its purpose, barely.

This is the most disgusting room I have ever stayed in, that includes many states in USA as well as throughout Europe and Asia. This room had stains all over the walls, dark brown stains. there were cobwebs in the corner. we complained and they did not refund us one cent for this disgustingly dirty atrocious room. would never ever go back in a million years id rather sleep in my car

Room was disgusting. Presumed drug addicts and low-lifes fight all night with no security nor staff from the Motel present. Horrible condition; hotel needs to be torn down. There was a shopping carriage filled with old bricks in the stairwell, why? I have no idea. Pretty disgusting that Wyndham put their name on this hotel. I expect better for $165 a night.

Not the most friendlyiest.
Although it has points in its favor, such as the towels, the sheets, the amenities in the bathroom, the curtain and even the mattresses. It has some maintenance issues that need to be reviewed, for example the bathroom door did not close and was very dirty (it could be easily cleaned), the general paint of the room/bathroom was very stained, some lights did not work, the paint on the refrigerator It was jumped, not looking good. I think these are all maintenance issues that can be resolved relatively easily. On the other hand, the general appearance of the establishment is not the most friendly, for example the exterior hallways are carpeted. In my case, I stayed on a rainy day, so the carpet was wet and looked very bad. It was quite incomprehensible to me that, being outside, it was covered with a carpet of the kind used inside.

I was charged a 50 dollar security fee because my girlfriend had her menstration during the night and she wet the bed and sheets so the overly agreesive cleaning lady lied that the bed was damaged
