Mill Spring Condominium Resorts to Rent

"No hot tub! It has been filled with concrete. The pool room is so loud and echoes really bad! They allow British swim school to give swimming lessons in the pool so when they are there you can only use a small portion of it and it feels like you are very inconvenient. The hot water in the shower took 5 minutes to get warm on multiple occasions. The door handle to get in our room barely worked and we had trouble getting in every time. The automatic opener on the rear entrance door stopped working so we had to pry it open with our hands when we came in. Our room was pretty nice but that’s about it. We wouldn’t stay again. "

"The breakfast was nice and fresh. Even though I booked it a half hour before I got there, there were chocolates with a welcome personalized note on the bed for us and in the morning a thank you note. They definitely went the extra mile. Clean very cute. Would 100% recommend anybody?"

"I don't eat breakfast, but I did come down for coffee. The attendant was friendly and helpful and everything was clean and full. "

"While they say "..all rooms are non-smoking" that does not mean that they have not been smoked in. The duty manager showed me 6 rooms before we found one that did NOT smell of cigarette smoke and spray over scent. There were stamped out cigarettes in the stair well and on the sidewalks. "

"Dated is fine, but when the pullout was so disgusting, no one could sleep on it and room was over all dirty was not acceptable"

"Easy access to parking, breakfast was good. Room was clean but dated. Room rate was reasonable. Location was walkable to restaurants short drive to downtown and Biltmore"
