"We really liked the location of this hotel. It is next to Natural Bridge State Park and has a great view. It is away from city lights and very quiet at night, perfect for start gazing. Plus, there are many hiking trails nearby. That said, I do think the hotel can be a little cleaner. The pillow cases are aged, a bit yellowish, and washed thin. One can easily see through them. Same is the flat sheet under the comforter. And there are no duvet cover. The kitchen's exhaust fans are not effective. In the morning, the cooking smells fill the halls. It is not pleasant food smell. "

Many dining options (Applebees, Ruby Tuesday, Chick Fil A, Burger King, Jersey Mikes, RC Pizza & Subs, Waffle House, and more) all within a couple minutes drive, a few even walkable. Devil's Backbone local brewery a few minutes drive."

"Upon checking in and looking around I knew already what the condition of the hotel would be. Entered into our 2 bed room and smelled like pizza and foul smell. Bathroom was run down and smelled and water was slow to drain in sink. Not sure who is giving this the 4.8 star rating they have but it is NOT TRUE. Other hotel was already booked an we chose this because of the reviews. Nope. Wouldn’t recommend or stay here again. Gentleman at front desk was kind. "
