Dinner was good here on property too. Had easy map available for returning a rental car too.

Nice room only a few minutes from the airport

Very Convenient

Makes traveling to SF international airport a lot easier. Clean rooms, great bar/restaurant wonderful staff!

Comfortable hotel with friendly and helpful staff! Great 24/7 shuttle service to the airport- courtesy of the hotel- and free simple breakfast options.

Very disappointed

Staff not welcoming at all specially the old male employee with the long hair he sure needs to learn the what hospitality really mean is....they make a huge mistake on my reservation and didn't even bother to apologize for it..real rude and no manners We surely not coming back at this hotel

A pleasant stay begins and ends at the front desk; the old saying “first impressions are lasting impressions” are so true in the hospitality industry. I am sorry if this was not your experience. You can be confident that we will follow-up on your concerns so that others are not disappointed as you were. As the Front Office Manager, I want to ensure my guest have a great stay if not I want to know what I can do before they check out to make things better; unfortunately, it’s difficult to offer any type of compensation when guest booked through 3rd party websites. Please contact Expedia and I may be able to speak to you directly.
