“I was in a bike ride from Buffalo to NYC. I chose this hotel because it had a hot tub. I was looking forward to getting my muscles relaxed after a long bike ride. The hot tub was closed. There was no mention of it being down on their website. I should have called to confirm it was operable. Nice hotel otherwise, even if you have to pay for breakfast when most others offer it for free.”
“The room & property were very clean. The staff outstanding. A special thank you to James at the front desk & Andrè in The Venue. Would suggest that at check in guests should be notified that housekeeping needs to be requested by 11:00 am (I didn’t notice the sign). For a nicer hotel,coffee should be available in lobby in addition to the small coffee maker in room. I would recommend to friends & family.”
