The hotel is in a great spot the bathroom had long pieces of hair on the walls .left the room next morning to return to no services did room not cleaned no clean towels the hotel itself was alright and staff very pleasant but i was disappointed in my room cleaning.

Milledgeville Fairmount!
The hotel is easy to reach, the lobby is clean and inviting. The desk clear was there to greet me and my check-in went with no hitches. Breakfast in the morning was light, but coffee was good! I only wish people would not have personal conversations on their phone with speaker on, while having breakfast.

The jacuzzi hot tub was out of service and the indoor pool was out of service as well. I wasn’t notified of this until I tried to get assess to the hot and pool , and was very disappointed

My granddaughter and i got here around 8 30 check in was fast. The room was clean. The bed was comfortable.

Friendly and clean
We had a power outage in the area so the hotel got an unexpected surge in business. Staff and new management were great. The TV streaming is very poor for Showtime but regular TV is fine.

Awful stay - save your money
Front desk staff was very rude and unhelpful. We booked two rooms and he insisted we didn’t have that on our reservation, without offering to troubleshoot. Turns out it was just under a different name. He blamed “third party booking sites.” Our hotel room smelled like urine and the smell would not go away after opening windows, spraying air freshener, etc. After calling the front desk, we were told that they were booked at capacity and we would not be able to switch rooms (although he also didn’t offer to have anyone come clean the room or give any alternatives to our situation). The free breakfast was also inedible.

Bad shower..missing food
Sadly this stay was very disappointing. 1st night we arrived very early around 3am. Desperate for a shower to find the tub did not drain. Worst ahower ever. We called front desk to fix next day. Called again in the afternoon while out for all our appointments and found out we have to change room. Got back to old room at 2am to move our things and found all food we left in the refrigerator the day before was gone. Again we had another long day. This time we were in a new room with a working shower....but no food to eat. So we spent another night..in disbelief and disappointed.

Outside of the hotel looks fresh but the inside is dated. Elevator did not work during our stay so we had to carry our stuff up stairs. Will not stay here on my next trip and will not recommend this hotel.
