“Came in floor in room sticky, bathtub had a big crack and the maids did not clean the bathtub at all. Pool did not seem to be used much and it was ok clean level. Place was great outside of cleanliness. The front staff super friendly and the lady in charge of the breakfast, a total doll, and super helpful (honestly can’t believe she ran whole breakfast by herself that was amazing)”

“Location was near to the Millerstown Park for Riverwalk and nearby Duncannon with great ice cream shop. we enjoyed the Millersburg ferry crossing the Susquehanna River near Liverpool. Please visit Little buffalo State Park for nice walking trails and the lake with boating. very small hotel room had wonderful recessed ceiling lights, brilliant light for reading!”

“Everything you need for a perfect family stay! This hotel truly has everything you need for a wonderful stay. The rooms are incredibly comfortable and well-equipped, the service is excellent, and every detail is taken care of. We didn't have to worry about a single thing!”

“The room was clean but the property definitely needs some updates. It is not the Days inn Windham I was expecting from that name on a hotel. There was stains on the carpet. One was red. The plumbing was kind of falling apart. Caulking needed to be redone. Paint was chipping in the bathroom and our door did not fully shut. I would not recommend.”

“The bathroom was dark and dirty. The sliding glass shower door tracks had mold and soap scum. There was one light in the bathroom and we could see where others were taken out. The toilet paper rod was missing, and the sink was clogged. There was still carpet in the room and it had big stains on it. Difficult to understand the front desk people. Breakfast was OK. This was not consistent with other BW's that I've stayed in.”

“Management has room for improvement. The hotel and room looks good. But the microwave inside the room is not working. The coffee maker was not in good condition that we had to bring it to the front desk, then it was fixed by violence.”

However, despite booking a non‑smoking room, there was a strong smell of smoke throughout the stay. Additionally, the staff did not greet or engage with guests, which affected the overall experience. Addressing these issues would greatly improve guest satisfaction.”
