the mattress needed to be replaced it was very unconformable. you could tell when you looked at it that it was swaying in the center

Great Hotel

We had booked our king room thru Expedia but when we checked in we were given a standard room. HI said they have been having problems with rooms booked thru Expedia. But the desk clerk helped us and moved us to a king room.

Chlorine was a bit stout in the pool an pool area!! Burnt the eyes just setting around the pool

Very nice hotel.

Location: Chili accrossed the street.
Enjoyed our time visiting family. Hotel was very relaxing.

We were in Memphis for the Liberty Bowl and it worked just fine for us.

Nice hotel close to facilities in Millington.

Pros: Location of the hotel made it very easy to travel to places in Millington, or Memphis
Hotel staff very helpful,breakfast very good, enjoyed all the extras that hotel had to offer.

Wrong room

Was given wrong room key key .Went into room and it was occupied.The folks in the room were really upset.They said this was the second time this happened that day. Got s rollaway bed and had put a chair cushion under it. They need HELP
