Good. Tub drained a bit slow. Phone was not plugged in properly. Pool looked very inviting but I checked in too late to use. All in all, decent stay.

Best Sleep Ever!!!Posted Aug 16, 2015
Pros: Mildew stains in the shower and some hair on sheets.
Cons: Nothing at this time.
Location: Germantown Mall, Bowling, Movies, etc
We have stayed in some pricey hotels but this hotel by far had the best mattress we have slept on in a long time. Would recommend just for the comfort along. Batteries in the TV remote were dead and a bulb next to light stand was out; but hotel staff was swift with the maintenance request!

Not worth itPosted Jul 27, 2015 on Hotels
I booked this room knowing that I would be driving overnight and checking in late. I drove through the night and arrived at 8am. I had planned on arriving sooner. Check out was at 11. I planned to check in and get a few hours sleep because I had to turn around and drive 7 more hours. They wouldnt let me check in because check in ended at 6am. I had no notification of this. I had already paid $75 for it. They said if I wanted the room for the remaining time Id have to pay another $75 because I was a no show. My friend equally tired and fed up bought another room. The room was hot with no AC turned on. It was probably 80 to 85 degrees in the room when we walked in. There were several hairs on the first bed. The second bed had a large yellow stain on the comforter when you pulled it back. The shower head was falling out and the second security lock was broken off the door. Ive stayed in some pretty questionable hotels but this was beyond my comfort level. I didnt use the blankets or pillows and just laid on the mattress and slept 3 hours. It was the worst hotel experience Ive had. I explained that I just needed a few hours of sleep because I needed to drive more and the woman at the desk didnt care at all. All she wanted was another $75. My original room was paid for and didnt need to be used for another 3 hours. It just sat empty for no reason.

I booked this reservation online at the last minute and found it to be very accommodating I would stay there again the only problem I found was the vending machine was out of order.

Okay for a night.. long stay.. nope!Posted Jun 9, 2015 on Hotels
As long as you don't need things nor attention and your not planning on actually eating the breakfast and you're not sure clean freak. It's okay. Otherwise I'll suggest the Hampton or Holiday inn.

Unclean roomPosted May 26, 2015
Pros: Not to much positive to say about this facility
Cons: Overall management, and maintenance as well as cleaning staff who take there job more seriously. Corporate needs to be more proactive.
Location: There were several food choices near, however approx. 15-20 miles down the road was a large tourist attraction.
I reserved two rooms for Memorial day weekend Saturday May 23rd, 2015. Staff did allow early check-in which was nice. My room key would not work, staff member was helpful, but couldn't get it to work either. Finally after another trip to the office, keys worked properly. I was give room 109, my brother and sister in law were give room 108. Upon their inspection bathroom shower area was totally unacceptable dirty. Bed covers had stains on them, there were finger nail clippings on the floor, with electrical hanging outside the HVAC unit. Later in the evening we contacted front office about the bathroom, and they said they would clean it. Staff person came, and sprayed some sort of cleaner on the shower area and said it would be ok. They did get clean bed linens. My room 109 needed the stool lid replaced that was flopping from side to side, as well as the caulking around the shower area needed replaced

Musty carpet smell detracts from experiencePosted May 20, 2015 on Hotels
The location was chosen because of price competiveness from Memphis hotels. Driving from Dallas, Texas, to Jackson, Tennessee, made this stop
