"What an exquisite property— the grounds, the house, the decor! The room is luxurious but only lacks in having a table to set things on (the closet is very small, too), but the room makes up for it in every other way. It was self check in with no host on site but communication was excellent and the next day, my husband ran into one of the managers, Nicole, who was a darling— so sweet and friendly and helpful. Trumansburg is a charming, very small town and 16 Elm is one of the nicest inns...

"Ended up paying an extra $125 for upgrade to different room. Fortunately that room had cancellation. Room I booked had bathroom across hall as opposed to being in room. Not sure if my fault for not researching better or miss representation on your website. I would never book room without bathroom attached. While it may have been private you had to walk in public hallway to access it. "

"We loved our stay at Magnolia Place! This was the perfect place for our first trip to the Finger Lakes. The location is definitely the best you will find. Our room was well maintained and the breakfasts were amazing!! Our hosts took time each morning to check in with us and offer ideas for each day. "Our stay at the Fox and the Grapes was excellent! We throughly enjoyed the delicious breakfasts, the main fireplace in the great room/lobby, and fireplace in our East Lake room. This was the perfect home base for our Seneca Lake wine tour! We enjoyed meeting Guinness, the friendly B&B German shorthair pointer, who made us feel welcome as well. We will definitely be coming back! "
