Air conditioner very loud. Room key keyed wrong. Wouldn’t open door. Had to go back to front desk and get someone to come look at it. Then wait for them go back down and rekey it.

Everything was good. Great location and very pretty grounds. We wish the fireplace was turned on in the sitting area in the evening when it cooled down.. would have been a nice area to hang out. Some areas smelled musty, the carpet on the stairs is in need of replacement. We requested a late checkout ...
